Peter Kaisen went to the emergency room of a veteran's hospital in Long Island for help with his urgent mental problems. He was denied service, went out to the car in the V.A. parking lot and shot himself. The V.A. has denied responsibility, but have no worry... Kaisen was just another veteran. No big deal.
