The Defense Intelligence Agency has confirmed today that North Korea has been able to miniaturize nuclear weapons to fit on ICBM's and that they have ICBM's capable of reaching into 50%-60% of the U.S. It is also reported that they have approximately 60 nukes on their stockpile.
