SCREW FEINSTEIN

Senator Diane Feinstein says she did not release the Ford letter until after the Senate confirmation hearings were over because Ford wanted the letter to remain confidential.  Since the letter was entrusted to Feinstein on that basis, didn't Feinstein have an obligation to see that it never saw the light of day... never got "leaked" by anyone?  

Feinstein initiated a totally unfair process and broke Ford's trust.  Anybody in California who votes for her needs to be ashamed of themselves.   
 

IS JULIE SWETNICK A WHORE?

Avenatti said he has evidence of gang rapes perpetrated by Kavanaugh, Mark Judge and others in Washington D.C. in the 1980s. In the affidavit released by Avenatti, Swentick says that she “witnessed efforts by Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and others to cause girls to become inebriated and disoriented so they could then be ‘gang raped’ in a side room or bedroom by a ‘train’ of numerous boys. I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their ‘turn’ with a girl inside the room. These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh.” 

Swetnick said she “attended well over 10 house parties in the Washington DC area during 1981 to 1983 were Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present. These parties were common occurrence in the area and occurred nearly every weekend during the school year.”

On numerous occasions at these parties, Kavanaugh and Judge, she said, would “drink excessively and engage in highly inappropriate conduct, including being overly aggressive with girls and not taking no for an answer. This contact into included the fondling and grabbing the girls without their consent.” 

She continued to attend these alleged parties where gang rapes allegedly occurred, and never said anything to anybody?  

 

JUDGE BRETT KAVANUGH SPEAKS

Dear Chairman Grassley and Ranking Member Feinstein: 
When I testified in front of the Senate three weeks ago, I explained my belief that fair process is foundational to justice and to our democracy.

At that time, I sat before the Senate Judiciary Committee for more than 31 hours and answered questions under oath. I then answered more questions at a confidential session. The following week, I responded to more than 1,200 written questions, more than have been submitted to all previous Supreme Court nominees combined.

Only after that exhaustive process was complete did I learn, through the news media, about a 36-year-old allegation from high school that had been asserted months earlier and withheld from me throughout the hearing process. First it was an anonymous allegation that I categorically and unequivocally denied. Soon after the accuser was identified, I repeated my denial on the record and made clear that I wished to appear before the Committee. I then repeated my denial to Committee investigators—under criminal penalties for false statements. All of the witnesses identified by Dr. Ford as being present at the party she describes are on the record to the Committee saying they have no recollection of any such party happening. I asked to testify before the Committee again under oath as soon as possible, so that both Dr. Ford and I could both be heard. I thank Chairman Grassley for scheduling that hearing for Thursday.

Last night, another false and uncorroborated accusation from 35 years ago was published. Once again, those alleged to have been witnesses to the event deny it ever happened. There is now  a frenzy to come up with something—anything—that will block this process and a vote on my confirmation from occurring.

These are smears, pure and simple. And they debase our public discourse. But they are also a threat to any man or woman who wishes to serve our country. Such grotesque and obvious character assassination—if allowed to succeed—will dissuade competent and good people of all political persuasions from service.

As I told the Committee during my hearing, a federal judge must be independent, not swayed by public or political pressure. That is the kind of judge I will always be. I will not be intimidated into withdrawing from this process. The coordinated effort to destroy my good name will not  drive me out. The vile threats of violence against my family will not drive me out. The last-minute character assassination will not succeed.

I have devoted my career to serving the public and the cause of justice, and particularly to promoting the equality and dignity of women. Women from every phase of my life have come forward to attest to my character. I am grateful to them. I owe it to them, and to my family, to defend my integrity and my name. I look forward to answering questions from the Senate on Thursday.

HIRONO BLATANTLY DISCRIMINATES

Democratic Sen. Mazie Hirono blasted “the men in this country,” blaming them for sexual assault and urged them to “just shut up and step up” amid allegations of misconduct against President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh.  At a press conference Tuesday evening, the Hawaii Democrat made the sweeping generalization against “the men” in the U.S. for “perpetuating” sexual assault.

She has therefore categorically labeled every man in this country as being a sexual predator and has openly discriminated against men in general.  There is no way that she can participate in legislation of any kind because she is biased and bigoted.  

And she typifies the members of the Democrat Party, who have proven themselves to be better than God, in their eyes.  

CHRISTINE BLASEY-FORD'S DEMISE?

Ford is saying she never told anybody about the alleged sexual assault by Kavanaugh because she was afraid her parents would be angry that she was at a teenage drinking party.  Her friend, Christina King Miranda, wrote a letter supporting her claims, in which she said that it was all over the campus of their school.  When Miranda was questioned how that could be if Ford had kept it a secret, Miranda withdrew her letter and disappeared into the woodwork.  

In the meanwhile, none of those other students at the Holton Arms campus has come forward to say they had heard about this alleged assault, and we have to assume that if it occurred and the rumors had been floating around as Miranda originally said, it would have gotten to the school counselor and been addressed with the parents anyway.  None of that happened.  

Now, Ford is saying she won't testify unless the FBI conducts an investigation.  I hate to say it, but I wouldn't trust the FBI to investigate anything these days.  Nevertheless, it's an obvious ruse; she never intended to testify and all she wanted to do was to derail Kavanaugh's nomination. 

The whole thing needs to be seen for what it is... a trashy, deplorable move by Feinstein and the Democrats. 

THE LAST STRAW

The Democrats are now demanding a full trial before any Kavanaugh proceedings can resume.  They want lawyers from both sides to be in a hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, with both sides presenting their cases and the jury will be the Senators in the hearing.  

The Democrats also called for more witnesses to be questioned under oath, including Mark Judge, whom Ford identified as in the room during the alleged assault, and “others that might be identified through the FBI’s investigation or subsequent due diligence by the Committee itself.” Judge said through an attorney Tuesday that he did not wish to speak publicly on the accusations.  

Diane Feinstein went on a tirade: “What about other witnesses like Kavanaugh’s friend Mark Judge? What about individuals who were previously told about this incident?  What about experts who can speak to the effects of this kind of trauma on a victim? This is another attempt by Republicans to rush this nomination and not fully vet Judge Kavanaugh.” 

At last one major news outlet, ABC, cited the Anita Hill case against Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas when he was going through his confirmation process back in 1991, suggesting that we now have a sexual predator sitting on the bench.  

This is all sick, it's putrid and it crosses all lines of decency and propriety.  It's ugly beyond belief or any level of tolerance.  Screw every God-damned Democrat running for office in November... and every Republican who buys into this atrocity...every last one of them.  

KATHY GRIFFIN NAMED "COMEDIAN OF THE YEAR"

Yup. Comedian Kathy Griffin is set to receive a ‘Comedian of the Year’ award at the upcoming Palm Springs Comedy Festival in November.  According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kathy Griffin will receive the award, in part, for her “comeback” over the last year following last summer’s controversy over her posing with a fake “beheaded” head of President Donald Trump.  

Those Democrats sure know how to double down on depravity, don't they?  

FEINSTEIN PLAYS HARRY REID TRUMP CARD

Harry Reid was famous for waiting until the very last minute before laying out a potentially destructive accusation so that his opponent would have no opportunity before an election to counter it.  

On the very eve of a Senate Judiciary Committee vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court and send his nomination to the Senate floor, Diane Feinstein has called in the FBI to investigate some unstipulated and vague accusation against Kavanaugh that she's been sitting on since early July. 

Could it be that Kavanaugh traveled to Russia in 1978?  Maybe one of his daughters named their pet dog "Vladimir."  Could it possibly be that Judge Kavanaugh is a Christian?  

Whatever it is, if it was that crucial an allegation, why didn't Feinstein bring it out during the Senate Judiciary Committee hearings?  After all, she knew about this huge disqualification back in July... correct? 

Anybody who can't understand this blatant attempt at political sabotage needs to see a shrink.  Anybody who votes for a Democrat in November also needs to see a shrink. 

QUESTION OF THE DAY

How can we possibly justify voting for anyone in Congress who does not vote for funding the border wall?  

FIRE THE WHOLE WHITE HOUSE STAFF

The continued leaks and stories coming from the White House lead to only one conclusion: the place is infested with enemy operatives.  

Who they are, who they work for, what their motives are... none of that matters.  What does matter are the nation's secrets and the ability of the incumbent administration to function.  

We certainly can't trust the FBI to investigate them, so every single soul who has been in that building since before the day Donal J. Trump took office needs to be terminated, without prejudice.  

DESPERATE DEMOCRATS: WE DON'T GIVE A DAMN WHAT THE RULES ARE

Using Senator Cory Booker as the front man, the Senate Democrats told Senator Grassley, the Senate Judiciary Committee, the whole body of the U.S. Senate and the American people yesterday that they will ignore Senate rules as they please and there's not a damned thing anybody is going to do about it. 

This all involved the release of confidential documents that Booker said, (and other Democrat Committee Members backed him up), he was going to release whether Grassley liked it or not.  And as the dust settled, it came out that the documents had already been cleared by the Committee for release anyway. 

Just who is smoking what?   

THE JACKASS

After watching the Democrats during yesterday's Senate confirmation hearings, it's easy to see why they picked a jackass as their mascot. 

FBI, DOJ ARE USELESS AND UNTRUSTWORTHY

Both agencies are infested from top to bottom with corrupt agents and officials.  If I saw a crime committed, the last agency I would call would be the FBI; if I saw an indictment or prosecution come down from the DOJ and I was on the jury, I'd automatically rule in favor of the defendant.  

It's an absolute disgrace that either agency is allowed to exist... paid for with our tax dollars.
