Question for Uncle Joe

Here's a question to ponder. If you claim money you have earned illegally on your tax returns, that's prima facie evidence of a crime.  If you don't claim that illegal income, that's also a crime.

So, what do you do? 

  

Tax the World!

Joe Biden is faced with loud criticism over his plan to jack up corporate taxes; everyone knows that'll just send businesses and jobs back out of the country. His answer: He's twisting the arms of foreign governments to raise THEIR taxes so that U.S. firms will be less inclined to move.   

In other words... if they refuse and our businesses and jobs leave as a result of Biden taxes, it'll be THEIR fault, and not his.  

DE BLASIO THREATENS TRUMP, CITIZENS

Illustrious New York City Mayor Bill DeBlasio has told the press and the federal government that, unless the governments bails New York City out of its financial mess, he will lay off, furlough or otherwise get rid of law enforcement officers, firemen and ambulance drivers.  Despite being in a sea of red ink for years under DeBlasio's stewardship, DeBlasio insists all of the city's debt was created by the Chinese Virus. 

Anarchy may soon reign in New York City. 

CALIFORNIANS ABOUT TO BE RAPED

Not only has California's Democrat-controlled government opened up its boarders to every illegal alien who can manage to get into the State from anywhere in the world or through another state, not only has California declared itself to be a "sanctuary state" which will not cooperate in the arrest and detention of illegals,  but California has announced it will give free clothing, food, housing and Medicaid to every damned one of them.  

They do this while tens of thousands of American homeless people suffer in their streets... and they expect the citizens to pay for it.  

EVERY AMERICAN SHOULD QUIT FILING TAX RETURNS

The Democrats have proven that laws regarding American privacy don't mean spit to them.  Just as the return you file with the Internal Revenue Service is protected by law, so are returns you file with individual states.  It's nobody's business what you make or how you make it, how much you spend or where you spend it, or what you hold in assets and/or liabilities... unless there is criminal wrongdoing involved. 

Yet, the Democrats have been on a relentless pursuit to force President Trump to divulge his tax returns.  They've even tried to force Steve Mnuchin to order the IRS to turn the information over.  Their latest move has been to go to the State of New York and ask for Trump's NY State tax returns, which will contain pretty much the same information as the IRS returns. 

They know that no responsible court federal court will order the IRS to turn the information over, so they are playing a criminally irresponsible end-run game.  

The Democrat-controlled New York State Legislature is in the process of changing the tax privacy laws of the state so that Congressional Democrats can have the information they want... not to conduct an investigation, but so that they can publish Trump's personal and business financial information publicly after they select the portions they want to use to their benefit.  

Their next move will probably be to make how you vote a matter of public record, in order to allow their henchmen in intimidate you as to who to vote for.    

The Democrats are gangsters, pure and simple.  They are organized crime in action.  

And they want to know why they are so utterly despised by Americans. 

NEW YORK: THE LIBERALS WILL NEVER LEARN

Both the Governor of New York and the Mayor of New York City admit that businesses and people are leaving in droves... due to high taxes and the cost of living there.  So, what are they going to do about it? 

New York City will levy a new tax, $10 per vehicle per trip into the city on all vehicles.  Called a "Congestion Tax," it is supposedly intended to bring down traffic congestion and help pay for the cost of repairs to the city's infrastructure.   Forget the high taxes already being paid that are supposed to cover such costs... that money is already being spent on other things, such as expenses associated with harboring illegal aliens in the sanctuary city.

Businesses will find themselves unable to hire employees, because employees will not be able to afford the extra weekly $50 commute expense.  The consuming public won't go into the city to buy supplies if they are going to be saddled with the extra expense.  Taxable revenues will therefore decrease, aggravating the city's economic problems.  

The only answer the liberals can manage to see when this ultimately happens is to raise taxes again. 

And these "great thinkers" want to run the whole country? 

GREENSPAN WANTS TO CUT SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS

Former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan warns that cuts may be needed to eventually save the Social Security system.  He said “the actuaries of the Social Insurance system say that in order to be actuarially solvent through the life of the programs, we would have to cut benefits by 25 percent right now and extending into the future.” 

Let me make this clear: Social Security is NOT an entitlement.  We Americans have been paying into the system for decades, and our contributions have been met along the way by our employers.  All of us know that the fund has been robbed by the government, just as all of us know that illegals are receiving benefits from the system for which they did not contribute.  

That's OUR money you are once again trying to screw us out of.  If you want to see a whole bunch of ticked off Americans, just go ahead and try to reduce our benefits.  

Is that why government wants our guns, so we can't fight this tyranny?  

CALIFORNIA: SINKING INTO AN OCEAN OF TAXES

The State of California last year added a 12 cent-per-gallon gas tax to help support the much ballyhooed high-speed rail system; now, they've scuttled the high-speed rail due to its cost, but they've left the tax as is.  

Not to be outdone by the tax, tax, tax mentality of New York State, California has been contemplating the taxing of drinking water.  Arising to an even higher level of audacity, they've now totally outdone themselves: they're planning on taxing... text messages.  

That's right... text messages.  Presumably, any text message sent into the state or out of the state, or within the state, will be taxed.  Never mind that parents of teen aged kids are going to end up in the poor house, the State feels that it has discovered a new lode of gold which can enrich its coffers and allow it to continue supporting illegal aliens and sanctuary cities.  

And like New York, California continues to scratch its head and wonder why everybody is moving out of the State.  

TAKE YOUR PIOUS OUTRAGE AND STUFF IT

All of this outrage, this trashing of Trump, the shouts of impeachment and the cries about not standing up to Putin: Where were YOU when the Congress passed the largest spending bill in American history, eliminating funding for the border all and reducing the budget for ICE and the Border Patrol... and Trump signed it?  

That issue was far more important to this country than any put-down by Putin.  And, I'll bet you forgot all about that, didn't you? 

GET OUT! SEATTLE TELLS AMAZON, STARBUCKS: GO AHEAD AND LEAVE

Although Amazon.com, Starbucks and other large businesses located in Seattle have voiced their firm opposition, the City Council went ahead and approved, 9-0, a massive new employment tax that will raise tens of millions of dollars at the expense of businesses of all sizes.  Head taxes are extremely rare in the U.S. and the ones in place are a fraction of Seattle’s proposal. In Denver, there is a $50-per-year tax for a full-time employee, while Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel scrapped the Windy City’s tax after calling it a job killer.  Seattle's tax will impose a $275 head tax per employee per year. 


Both Amazon and Starbucks lambasted the new law, which takes effect January 1, 2019.  Their response is that Seattle doesn't have a revenue problem; it has a spending problem.  City revenues are already increasing much faster than city population.  

You have a company employing 50,000 well-paid workers who in turn contribute to the local economy; they own homes, and buy goods and services.  Companies that provide raw materials to your company employ another 50,000 people.  The city where you are located almost went bankrupt and out of business more than once due to a decline in sales and employment at Boeing and/or Lockheed.   To show its gratitude, the city now is going to charge you $275 a head for each one of those jobs you brought to the table?  I don't think so.....

The City Council has made it clear that they don't give a damn what Amazon or Starbucks think or want.  Council member Lorena Gonzalez berated Amazon, saying: "their tone in this message that is clearly hostile toward the city council is not what I expect from a business who continues to tell us that they want to be a partner on these issues."  Amazon is saying it will reexamine its plans for future growth in the city.  It also says it will resume construction on one project, but is reviewing whether or not it will proceed to occupy a second skyscraper.  

The Seattle City Council obviously doesn't care.  They've made it abundantly clear that businesses must comply or move the hell out of town. 

WHY SHOULD CALIFORNIANS PAY TAXES?

One might argue that it is illegal to not pay your taxes. 

One might also argue that it is illegal to declare yourself to be a sanctuary state and refuse to follow the Federal laws.  

So, if the State of California can do illegal things and get away with it, why should we pay taxes? 

MCCONNELL AND RYAN ARE ESTABLISHMENT HYPOCRITES

Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan have served notice on Donald Trump that they don't like his budget and tax ideas.  Trump's proposed tax cuts may prove to be a little contentious as they worry about the national debt, infrastructure spending, and the repeal of Obamacare.  Surprisingly, it could be that the Obamacare repeal will add to the national debt. 

McConnell laments that he considers the current national debt levels to be dangerous.  But, neither one of these blowhards did anything significant to prevent the national debt from rising over the last eight years.  They may have made a lot of noise and done a lot of posturing, but they both consistently caved in at the end, just like clockwork.  

So, now that Trump and his movement have made it clear to the Washington "establishment" that Americans are sick and tired of their song and dance routines, they step into the bucket with both feet by warning Trump? 

Let's put the blame for our debt crisis right where it belongs... in their hypocritical laps.   

CALIFORNIA CITIES PUSH FOR INTERNET TAX

Dozens of California cities are colluding to find a way to tax streaming video services such as Netflix.  The argument is that cities have declining revenues and also you pay a tax on video coming over cable services, so you should also pay a tax on video coming through the Internet.  They want to go after Hulu, Pandora and similar venues as well.  

When is the last time you heard of a city, county or state saying, "Revenues are down, so we have to cut expenses?"  

It is a proven economic principle that the more you tax, the less you collect... simply because people spend less and there are therefore fewer dollars rolling around the system to tax.  You cannot tax people into oblivion; it just doesn't work.  But, as long as we allow our governments to spend and tax at will, they will continue to do so.  And when the really bad rainy day comes, we're all going to be up the well-known creek.  

It's called "runaway spending" and it has to stop now.  We'll be the ones to blame if we don't make it happen.  
 

CLINTON'S MEDIA MAFIA

Hillary Clinton controls a lot of things besides her "foundation."  She controls the Democratic Party, the Obama White House, the State Department, Loretta Lynch, James Comey, the F.B.I. and the national press and media.  

The New York Times broke the story about Donald Trump's 1995 income tax return.  The first question is: How did they get a copy of it?  If Trump didn't provide it, they got it illegally from someone, (probably the I.R.S.), and it was illegal for them to publish it.  But, you don't hear about that fact.  

Clinton and her mafia have been hollering that Trump hasn't paid any taxes and that, therefore, he's not American enough to be president.  As it turns out, both Hillary and the New York Times have used the same tax provisions that Trump did.  But, you don't hear anything about that either. 

One of these days, she's going to choke on that canary that she's always eating.  And as for the press and the media, screw them; I'm not paying any attention to them or viewing their products any longer.  From now on, I'm getting my news straight from the National Enquirer, the news magazine you can always trust. 

KOSKINEN: "NOT OUR JOB TO CATCH ILLEGALS"

IRS Commissioner John Koskinen says he doesn't care if illegals steal your social security number in order to use it for getting a job.  He says it's not the duty of the IRS to catch illegals; it's their job to catch people who don't pay their taxes.  

So, if an illegal uses your social security number to report earnings and your tax return doesn't have the right numbers on it, guess who is going to jail.  

Frankly, it should be Koskinen.  

 

 

YOU WANT TO RAISE TAXES???

The number of people out of jobs in this country is higher than since the Great Depression.  Average annual income has taken another hit.  Insurance premiums, thanks to ObamaCare, have skyrocketed.  The cost of food has gone out of sight.  The size of government is at an all-time high and they are generating oppressive regulations as fast as they can type.  The National Debt is approaching $19 trillion and government spending has not been cut one louzy dime.  

Now, they're talking about raising taxes.  

Who are they going to blame when 300 million Americans march on the streets of Washington and literally, physically throw their sorry behinds out?  

IRS DATA BREACH: IT'S YOUR FAULT

The infamous John Koskinen, Obama's chief henchman at the I.R.S., has testified before Congress that the recent massive data breach is your fault.  According to him, the agency is plague with an ancient and almost useless computer system that simply has to be replaced immediately.  In fact, he insisted,, he's said the agency needs more money many times before and Congress and the American people simply won't cough up and bucks.  

In passing, I mention that there was no discussion about his continuing to pay employees lavish bonuses for providing Americans with a piss-poor product... while the agency has  been running out of money to operate with.   

BAD NEWS FOR AL SHARPTON?

CNS NEWS is reporting the U.S. Justice Department issued a stern reminder on Monday that when it comes to income taxes, "no one is above the law or below the radar."  

“Those individuals who choose to accept these benefits and yet turn a blind eye to their federal tax obligations by failing to file required returns, filing false and fraudulent returns, and evading the assessment and payment of tax due will be pursued for their criminal conduct. No one is above the law or below the radar.”  

Gosh, I'll bet Al Sharpton is shaking in his sneakers. 

LOIS LERNER: I DID IT

One of the 32,000 "lost" emails discovered in November was from Lois Lerner to David Flax and Nikole Flax with copies to Joseph Urban, Nanette Downing and Joseph Grant on June 29, 2011.  It reads:  "No one will ever believe that both your hard drive and mine crashed within a week of each other.  Life is strange."  

Nope, we can't blame Lerner. 

I.R.S. CHIEF: RESTORE OUR BUDGET OR ELSE!

John Koskinen, head of the I.R.S. is warning that budget cuts to the agency will cause delayed refunds, more identity theft, long wait times for help and a possible shut down of the agency. 

Gosh, maybe he should cut bonuses?  Maybe he should collect some of those back taxes his agents owe?  I don't know what it is about this guy, but every time I see his picture I get visions of Nazi Storm Troopers interrogating prisoners.  

I mean... don't you feel like you've got a gun to your head?   Why doesn't Congress do something about that?  Oh, that's right, you can't blame those guys because we have a new Congress.
