MURDER ON THE HIGH SEAS?

And furthermore, anyone who is dismayed because Spector left the Republican Party doesn't really know what they are talking about. It hasn't changed a thing, except that he has come out of his liberal closet. He'll still vote the same...

After yesterday's special post, that's all I've got to say now except....

There's a nasty story floating around on the Internet to the effect that the reason the Navy didn't go to Captain Phillips' rescue the first time he dove into the water was that President Obama had issued orders not to fire unless fired upon. The pirates were firing at Phillips, not the Navy. The story goes on to suggest that Obama vascilated back and forth for the entire four day ordeal, finally saying that the Navy COULD use weapons IF they felt that Phillips' life was in imminent danger, which is the excuse the Seals ultimately used to take out three of Phillips' captors and to bring him to safety.

Now, if this story is true, I wonder why the Navy Seals are not being investigated to determine whether or not there really WAS an AK-47 aimed at Phillips' back when the Seals took action? If not, they should be prosecuted for murder on the high seas.

What lunacy we have brought upon ourselves!
