The SEC has filed charges against two conservative Texas brothers, Sam and Charles Wyly, who have made major donations to the Republican Party and to GOP candidates in the past, according to the WASHINGTON POST. The SEC alleges that the two brothers committed fraud by using overseas bank accounts to generate more than $550 million through illegal stock trades. The thrust of the allegations is that they bought and sold stock through the overseas banks in U.S. based operations where they served on boards of directors and they failed to disclose those transactions as required by the SEC.
The Wylys have denied the charges.

Yesterday, the Judge ruled largely in favor of the United States Government. What this means is that the illustrious Obama Administration can continue to ignore its own immigration laws. This puts Arizona in the untenable position of being invaded by illegal aliens, being forced to pay the tab, being subjected to the crime and other anti-social effects, and being unable to do a damned thing about it.
What is the Sam Hell is this country coming to? Watch the boys on Pennsylvania Avenue find a way to twist the blame for this to us, the victims.
As for the Judge, look for Obama to name her to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals as soon as an opening comes up.

On April 16, 2009, President Obama ordered the release of four Justice Department memos that described in detail the techniques used to interrogate Khalid Sheik Mohamed and other high-value terrorists. Many current and former high-level intelligence officials objected. Mike Hayden, former CIA Director said: "You had CIA directors in a continuous unbroken stream to 1995 calling saying, 'Don't do this.'"
News of the impending release of the documents was met with outrage by Members of Congress and Americans alike. In addition to objections from the men who led the agency for a collective 14 years, the President also heard objections from the agency's covert field operatives. A few weeks earlier, Leon Panetta had arranged for the eight top officials of the Clandestine Service to meet with the President. It was highly unusual for these clandestine officers to visit the Oval Office, and they used the opportunity to warn the President that releasing the memos would put agency operatives at risk. The President reportedly listened respectfully -- and then ignored their advice and released the highly secret memos.
With these actions, Barack Obama arguably did more damage to America's national security in his first 100 days of office than any President in American history.
If you are going to hold anyone's feet to the fire for the leaking of highly sensitive material, you should begin with the President of the United States.
It seems as if Obama has sent forth his emissaries into all the corners of the land to ascertain what it is that the peasants want done about this or that, and then he has set courses to do exactly the opposite. Could it be a battle of wills? Could it be that he has determined that “change” cannot be had until the peasants become totally subservient to him? Must he obliterate their wills before he can have his?
Against the will of the public, he passed TARP and stimulus. Much against the will of the people, he used lies, tricks, political demands, and outright threats and bribery to pass the Health Care Plan. He has stood firmly against every major position of Americans everywhere. Now, we find out that both he and Harry Reid are conspiring on how to ram the public option government-run health care plan up our rears whether we like it, or not.
If that doesn’t get your bowels into an uproar, try this one on for size: FULL AND COMPLETE AMNESTY FOR ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS IS IN THE WORKS. Not only is full and complete amnesty quietly working its way through the Czarist Empire at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, but it is also on its way down the street to The Hill and Obama has not even given one iota of thought to closing the border with Mexico. NOW do we have the attention of your bowels?
The Lord, His Royal Highness, Ruler of the Empire of Darkness is well aware of the fact that he is almost to the very bottom of the polls, but he cares not. He plunges forward, oblivious to the will of the people, determined to triumph on every issue. When the Court ruled against his shutdown of deep water drilling, he side-stepped the ruling by finding another reason and he shut the drilling down again. When 73% of the American people stood firmly against his new Health Care Plan, he lied about the costs, he lied about the benefits, he lied about the impact on Seniors, he threatened Congress and he got it passed; now, it is slowly emerging that the budget figures were skewed, the benefits were misstated and the seniors are going to get the shaft and he’s going after his public option.
When the people rise up and form groups standing against his tyranny, (Tea Parties), he sends out his legions to disrupt their meetings and to marginalize them by calling them “racists, Astroturf, and right-wing extremists.”
Obama is bound and determined to have his way. Those in Congress who have allowed him to grab and assert this power are complicit in his evil doing. In a mistaken belief that he cares about them, they have bent to his will and fornicated themselves into impending losses at the November polls. Undaunted, uncaring, Obama pushes forward, trashing anyone who stands in his way. He’s going after Fox News, talk radio and bloggers; it is obvious that he has issued orders to his cabal to find a way to shut them all down. He has commandeered the press and the media and turned them into anti-American propaganda machines; that’s the flat out truth with no exaggeration.
United we stand, divided we fall. We peasants must stand together, ready and willing to fight to our last breaths to take our country back. I for one will not go down in the annals of mankind as being an American who was to blame for the destruction of our country because I bowed to the almighty power of a make-believe henchman.

We all know where this story begins, with the Administration's open attack on agents of the Central Intelligence Agency and other national security branches who have been charged with gathering international and domestic information pertinent to the security of our country. Where it has led is not only frightening, but repugnant as well; today, our borders are wide open, our allies are sharing less information with us, we are allowing those who threaten our civil rights to vote be immune from prosecution, we are fomenting hatred among radical groups, we are fanning the flames of racial and religious discrimination and we continue to keep our ports, borders and airways wide open to terrorists. We are wide open to attack both from abroad and from within.
The fact is, thousands of illegal aliens other than Mexicans cross our southern border from countries that sponsor terrorism, and it has been deliberately concealed and covered over by our government. Let me repeat this: thousands of illegal aliens other than Mexicans cross our southern border from countries that sponsor terrorism and our government is not only doing nothing about it, but is choosing to cover it up. A Phoenix facility holds illegal border crossers from Afghanistan, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Yemen and who knows where else?
Congress knows it. The President knows it. It leaked out in the press a few weeks ago and the story got promptly snuffed. Our President, bowing to indignation and pressure from Arizona’s Governor Jan Brewer over the illegal immigration issue, decided to handle the situation by sending 1,200 troops to cover the California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas borders with Mexico.
Now, one must ask, how many more terrorists are sneaking in from Canada? As crewmen on shipping vessels? Or, as passengers on international flights… the ones we don’t catch… with the morale among TSA agents running at low ebbs? When a state, inundated by violent crime, kidnappings and murder, takes it upon itself to try and force the Government to enforce its own laws, why does this Administration choose to display indignation and to bring suit?
How many of these terrorists who are now here in our country are hiding out in mosques? How many of them are being unwittingly harbored by “sanctuary cities?” Are they in your neighborhood? Do they carry poison for your water system, materials to start forest fires, bombs? Are they recruiting the kid next door to be a member?
The plain truth is that this President, by his abject failure to exercise his duties, has exposed our country to a far greater risk of attack, both externally and internally than we have ever faced in our entire 234 years as a nation. And the obvious fact that he knows what he is doing should lead to only one of two conclusions: He either shares their desire to bring down this country or he is the dumbest President to ever occupy the office.
In reading this, you have become aware of what is happening to our national security. You may doubt what I have alleged and you may think that America is too safe with all of its history and military might to be concerned about such dangers. I urge you not to dismiss it, but to research it for yourselves.
For the sake of our country and our children, we cannot allow ourselves to be at blame for the failure to secure our country when our government will not.

Remember that highly secret meeting Barrack had with Hillary back in 2008? Haven't you wondered what was said in there while Bill cooled his heels over at Monica's place?
Let's face it, everyone is wondering what in the Sam Hell Obama could be up to. Why would he push himself so very hard in his first 16 months in office is he was really planning on sticking around for two terms? Could it be that a deal was struck, wherein Obama agreed to bow out and let Hillary run in 2012 if she would support his radical far-left agendas?
Once passed, you see, it's all but impossible to reverse this legislation Obama has shoved down our throats, and the cause of Socialism would be well-advanced even if they did have to back away from some programs. Then, after Hillary finishes her two terms in 2020, the far-left would be in a much better position to come back full-force again and complete their objectives.
Just a passing thought. Think about it. Think outside of the box.
The NAACP has passed a resolution claiming that Tea Partiers are racists; the resolution was adopted during the NAACP annual convention in Kansas City. The final wording of the resolution won't be released until the NAACP's national board of directors approves it during its meeting in October. But the original called for the NAACP to "educate its membership and the community that this movement is not just about higher taxes and limited government." It said something could evolve "and become more dangerous for that small percentage of people that really think our country has been taken away from them."
Well, I’m a Tea Partier, so that makes me a racist according to the NAACP. After all, it’s all about labels, isn’t it? Find a group of people you don’t like and put a label on them. Call them names. Denigrate them. Marginalize them. Well, it’s too bad, NAACP. You see, Obama has already called me a racist. So have Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton and Nancy Pelosi. So, if you think you’re hot shit because you called me a racist, you’ve got another thing coming. You’re just a Johnny Come Lately.
There’s something you really do need to know, NAACP. Over the last 20 or 30 years, racism in this country really started to die out. Now, you and your political friends have stirred up the embers so much that every time I see a black person, I cringe. That’s right; I no longer assume you’re an average Joe or a nice guy, because I have quit looking at you as being a human being. You have just reminded me of something I had long ago forgotten; you’re black… black as the ace of spades. Thanks for reminding me.
While you’re at it, do me a favor and go after the Jews. Then, maybe you can take on the Chinks and the goombahs and the spics and the ragheads. It won’t take long for you and your friends to divide this country up more. Is that the game you’re playing, divide and conquer?
Well, let me tell you something. If you live in this country and you believe in this country, then you’re an American and that’s all that matters. But, if you want to go around stirring up shit, then you’re not an American, you’re nothing but a black. I’ll be damned if I will sit still and take the blame for your bull, for your shit disturbing.

I just heard it a day or so ago a denigration of the “Take Back Our Country” slogan. It came from one of those know-it-all elitist left-wing snobs who thinks he is an all-knowing, all-seeing disciple of the Messiah. The gist was this: It’s not our country to take back. It belongs to them, the all-seers. They have the duty, as disciples, to see that we do not get too fat, use too much salt, burn our meat, have high cholesterol, have children who have not been propagandized, speak our minds or think for ourselves. Therefore, they argue, it is not our country to take back; it’s theirs, so that they can control those things that might have disastrous impacts upon our lives or the lives of the illegal immigrant.
Are we going to continue to let them lead us down a path of sure oblivion, or are we ready to show them whose country this really is? Let that question fester in your mind until November. Nurture it well, because we all need to be madder than hell when we step into the voting booths.
When you sit back and take stock of what this government is trying to do to us, you can’t help but wonder where our country disappeared to. Our government is overtly taking steps to try and prevent us from having any method of self defense against an armed intruder or attack, such as guns and knives.
Down there in Arizona, our government is proactively setting out to keep the state from protecting its citizens against illegals and the problems that illegals bring. In fact, Eric Holder’s reaction to the news that an Arizona sheriff has been overtly threatened with his life by drug runners was to go ahead and file a lawsuit trying to prevent Arizona’s new law to go into effect.
Muslims bombed the World Trade Center twice and Muslims have been directly identified as being involved in many, many other attempts at terrorism in our country and our President has sent word over to NASA that they need to try and get along better with Muslims. How sweet can it get?
Obama wants Fox off the air, as well as anyone who talks badly about his administration. He wants to prevent us from knowing what is going on in our government and he is denying us the right to stand up and protest about it. As he and his cohorts, Pelosi and Reid, bombard the Tea Parties and other concerned citizens with claims of “right wing extremism who are inciting domestic terrorism,” he is also busy rewriting American history to obliterate the events that established a government “of the people, by the people and for the people,” as the bulwark of liberty in the western hemisphere.
Yet, as some great American once said, if we don’t stand up and exercise our God-given rights, we lose them. In the same vein, if we don’t open our eyes and ears and discover what damage our government is doing to us, we lose the right to do so?
We have the right to protect ourselves not only against the violent criminal, but against the assertive Marxists as well. We are not the ones who are to blame for the many assaults on our country and our safety and we have every right to take whatever prudent steps are necessary to protect ourselves, both verbally and physically. If we see danger, we have the right to avert it.
If we see politicians and bureaucrats exposing us to varied dangers, we have the right and the obligation to remove them from office.
