Former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev says European nation confrontation with Russia over the Ukraine could lead to the use of nuclear weapons. "We won't survive the coming years if someone loses their nerve in this
overheated situation," added Gorbachev, 83. "This is not something I'm
saying thoughtlessly. I am extremely concerned." He warned against Western intervention in the Ukraine crisis.
Do you think for one minute that the Russians would be running around saying such things if Reagan were President? Or even one of the Bushes?
Our "president" already has the world at the brink of war. And we are to blame for allowing this decline of American power and influence to continue.
