Many legal scholars have come forth in recent weeks to allege the Dems impeachment process is unconstitutional. Just yesterday, notable Alan Dershowitz said that Pelosi's refusal to forward the House Articles of Impeachment to the Senate is unconstitutional.
Well, what difference does it make if no one is willing to stop her?
