First, Kamalalala did a horse laugh when asked if she was going to go to the border. Then, Uncle Joe appointed her to be his Border Czar. Then, Harris has a hissy and one of her aids reported “The Vice President is not doing the border!”
My guess is that the VEEP has made it clear to Uncle Joe who is really in charge.
