Intelligence sources are reporting that terrorist "chatter" is on an ominous increase as we approach the anniversary of 9/11.
Before Sept. 11, 2001, the intelligence community also saw an uptick in
"chatter," but deciphering it has become increasingly difficult
according to the Washington Times, because like al-Qaida, ISIS also has targeted
the United States.
Have we increased our terrorist threat level? No.
Have we increased the level of our defense readiness? No.
Who's to blame for this? Or is it just another one of those Presidential "oversights?"
