Ibrahim al-Rubaysh, a top Al Qaeda terrorist, was originally released in 2006 by the George W. Bush
administration and put into a Saudi Arabian "rehabilitation" program. Al-Rubaysh returned to the battlefield and now serves as a top
leader with Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula. Obama has been releasing Guantanamo prisoners at an alarming rate, regardless of the fact that more than 30% of them end up back on the battlefield.
Now, the Obama Administration is offering a $5 million reward for the capture of al-Rubaysh and he's on a global terrorist watch list.
And guess who's going to fork over the $5 million and sleep in fear every night until he's caught?
