On the heels of warning the U.S. not to provoke Russia, Vladimir Putin
has signed a military doctrine declaring NATO to be their number one enemy. Putin is tight-jawed about NATO'S stance on Ukraine, among other things; he also recognizes that the U.S. will never step in to assist the Ukraine, so his major obstacle to the reassembly of the Soviet Union is NATO.
Things are really bleak in America when even Russia no longer considers us to be their number one enemy. Now then, Barack, who do you blame for that?
