The body of missing Illinois five-year-old Andrew "A..J" Freund
has been found buried in a shallow grave near his home and both his
parents are being charged with his murder, police said Wednesday. Evidently, they didn't want "A.J." anymore.
But, why are the parents being charged with murder? Why isn't his death an "after birth abortion?" After all, there are states where it is now legal to kill a baby after birth in the delivery room. Some have suggested there be a 5-minute rule, others up to an hour, saying that's "okay."
But, why not five years? Or ten years? Is someone out there now prepared to argue this point?
Or, does it really matter in America anymore?
