Insisting that "this is the way we've always done it," the Republican National Committee and individual state GOPs are saying that the current systems of selecting delegates to the party's national convention are just fine. In the wake of that stance, we learn that Pennsylvania's elected delegates will essentially have no obligation to vote for Trump, even if he wins the state in a landslide.
In other words, Pennsylvania votes don't matter.
So why have the big charade? Why not just tell voters to go f*** themselves up front?
