Iran is touring China and Russia and buying up offensive weapons by the shipload. The great nuclear "deal" brokered by Obama and Kerry supposedly bars Iran from doing so, but since the deal doesn't contain a definition of "offensive," the Iranians consider the restriction as being null and void.
Now, don't blame Obama and Kerry; how did they know Iran wasn't going to play by the rules? Huh?
Oh, and by the way, they're using the $150 million we released to make those purchases.
