PHOENIX STRIPS COUPLE OF RELIGIOUS FREEDOM & 5TH AMENDMENT RIGHTS

Two Phoenix artists are suing the city over a new ordinance which purportedly requires them to use their talents to promote same-sex weddings and does not allow them to express their beliefs that marriage is between one man and one woman.  If the two were to turn down any request to create art that supports a same-sex wedding, they could be fined up to $2,500 for each day they refuse and confined for six months in jail.

This amounts to religious persecution in my book and as long as we tolerate it,  we are to blame for not standing up for our religious rights and freedoms of expression.
