President Trump asks: If the Russians were meddling in our election, why didn't the Obama administration stop it?
Before I answer that, let's pose another question: Why didn't Hillary and the DNC want the FBI looking at at their computers to investigate Russian hacking? Wouldn't you want to know what they were hiding?
The real answer... the one that fits both questions... is that all of this whining about Hillary losing the election is just a red herring... a deflection.
The Democrats thought they had the election in the bag, and that once they won in November the new regime could cover for them and keep any misdeeds from ever seeing the light of day. So, they got sloppy and started doing things that were so rotten... and probably illegal... without any fear of consequences. But... that damned Trump won! And all of the sudden, the Obamacrats realized that they were in deep, deep trouble because... all of their misdeeds would in fact be uncovered; it was only a matter of time!
So, they had to come up with something...anything... to not only make Trump look bad, but to keep him and his team so preoccupied that they would have no time to conduct any investigations and no time to move his agenda.
The problem is... it's working.
Trump is to blame if he doesn't aggressively dig into the Democrat muck and start throwing people in jail.
