More than 76,000 people tried to cross the U.S.-Mexico border in February... a "remarkable" leap that more than doubles the number of border apprehensions
during the same period of time last year, and is also the highest
number of any February in the past 12 years, according to officials. The upward trend indicates that more than one million illegal crossings will occur in 2019.
And our Congress flatly refuses to protect us against the drugs, cartels, crime, disease and sex-trafficking associated with such illegal crossings. We're like sitting ducks in a bathtub full of water, surrounded by enemy criminals armed with shotguns.
