CGI Federal is the Canadian software development company that the Obama Administration hired without normal procurement procedures to build the ObamaCare website. Nobody is talking about how much has been paid for the website as of yet, but I believe it to be in excess of $750 million.
Where did all of that money go? Was it used in compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract? Did they follow and meet the specifications? Who wrote those specifications? Who was responsible for contract oversight to assure the government that the specifications were being met? Why was there not an invitation for bid or a request for proposal process followed? Did the relationship between Michelle Obama and Toni Townes-Whitley have anything to do with the award of the contract? (Whitley was a Princeton classmate of Michelle Obama and is a CGI top executive). Why does CGI have new contracts with the U.S. worth $37 million ?
Who is to blame for this financial disaster and why is it not being investigated?
