House Republicans have just released a scathing report detailing dozens of examples they allege prove beyond a doubt that the White House and fellow Democrats pressured the I.R.S. to target conservative organizations and groups. The influence campaign unofficially started during Obama’s January 2010
State of the Union Address in which he “delivered a stunning rebuke” of
the Supreme Court decision in favor of the group Citizens United, among
the IRS’s first and biggest targets, according to the 77-page report
released Monday by the House Committee on Oversight and Government
Reform and according to FOX NEWS.
There it is, folks. This goes way beyond an impeachable offense. It goes to the very heart of what this country is all about. Equality? I don't think so.
Congress needs to get off its collective fat rear ends and do something about it, or they are all going to be looking from the outside in when the November elections are over.
