WHY HILLARY DOESN'T KNOW SPIT ABOUT NATIONAL SECURITY

Reports are that she refused to attend her mandatory training and briefings on how to deal with classified documents at the State Department.  One story suggests that, when she was told the training was mandatory, she flipped off State security management and staffers, and then told them what to do with themselves.
