The illegal immigrant who killed 22-year-old Pierce Corcoran over the
Christmas holidays could leave jail on a $3,500 bond this week, unless ICE
is able to take him into custody. Corcoran was the son of the Knoxville, Tennessee
Fire Department’s chief. “I can’t just deny him bond because ICE might come get him,” Judge Patricia Long said in her ruling, while setting a $3,500 bond.
Franco-Cambrany face charges of criminally negligent homicide for
killing Corcoran in a head-on car crash on Dec. 29th. Police
say he was driving without a driver’s license, insurance,
or proper vehicle registration. Judge Long said there’s only a small chance that the illegal alien will
be convicted because he doesn’t have a history of prior arrests.
By that logic, I can walk into a local bank and rob it, and I won't get convicted because I've never been arrested before? Maybe I can use the robbery proceeds for bail money, too? Who in the hell allowed these dimwit judges into the positions they have anyway?
