COURT VIOLATES CONSTITUTION

Here it is, the middle of Christmas season, and I'm going to have to go on another rant. 

The situation is that  Federal Court Judge has ruled that the State of Utah has no state rights. The Constitution enumerates powers of the central government and specifically provides that powers or rights not enumerated in the Constitution are reserved for the individual states.  Nowhere in the Constitution is the subject of marriage mentioned; therefore, laws pertaining to the subject of marriage are reserved to the individual states.  

The Judge ruled: The state of Utah has failed to show that allowing same-sex marriages would affect opposite-sex marriages in any way.  The Judge should have ruled: Laws pertaining to the subject of marriage are solely within the realm of individual states and, therefore, this Federal Court lacks jurisdiction to hear the case.  

The damned liberal establishment, a minority in this country, is bound and determined to shove their one-sided agendas down American throats whether we like it or not, because they need to dismantle traditional values in order to weaken our national resolve so they can eventually overthrow our system of government.  If the state does not want to recognize or authorize gay marriages within the state, that's their business; to rule otherwise prima facie violates the substance of argument against polygamy.   

For us to allow liberals with anti-American, anti-Constitutional agendas to be appointed or elected to a judicial bench is our fault.   

OBAMA TAKES A BEATING IN THE COURTS

Two more major cases this week were decided against the Obama doctrines, and the White House is not happy about it.  A federal judge ruled Monday that the National Security Agency’s daily collection of virtually all Americans’ phone records is almost certainly unconstitutional.  Then, a U.S. District Court Judge ruled that “the government appears to adopt the cavalier attitude that the President should be permitted to convey orders throughout the Executive Branch without public oversight...to engage in what is in effect governance by ‘secret law.’”  The second ruling stemmed by Obama's issuance of an executive order on foreign relations that he immediately classified and has refused to make public; this allows the President to run the country by secret laws. 

In both cases, Obama has seized so much power from the citizens that he has succeeded in transferring the power of government from the people to him... which is not only unconstitutional but is also a violation of the public trust and is dictatorial in its intent.  

Could it be that all of his chickens are coming home to roost?  Could it be that the blame is now heading exactly where it belongs... in Obama's lap? 

OBAMA CHALLENGED FOR RELIGIOUS PERSECUTION

The Vatican's Chief Justice, Cardinal Raymond Burke, has lashed out at the Obama Administration, saying that it's treatment of religious freedom in this country “is an absolute contradiction of the founding principles of this nation.”  

To my knowledge, this is the very first time that any nationally recognized religious leader has come forth to challenge what is rapidly becoming religious persecution in America; it is long overdue.  It's way beyond the time for us to be complacent any longer about the many outright attacks on our fundamental freedoms.  

Wake up America, or we're going to be to blame for letting our freedoms slip through our fingers!

GERALDO RIVERA LOSES IT

Geraldo has lost it... two ways.  Due to declining ratings, Rivera lost his national syndication; his radio show will now only be heard in the New York City market.  He also "lost it" by lashing out at his replacement, Bryan Suits and accused him of being a “right-wing jerk off Rush wannabe.” 

Rivera has always been a closet liberal; the fact that he also appears on FOX NEWS CHANNEL does not in any way turn him into a conservative.  The proof is in the pudding; rather than being introspective about his fate, he seeks to lash out and blame others.  That's full proof that he's a liberal. 

I even believe he thinks that George Bush was responsible for the Benghazi Massacre. 

BENGHAZI AND OBAMACARE

Benghazi, Fast & Furious, ObamaCare... you could spend all day listing things the Obama Administration has fouled up.  They all carry a common denominator...deliberate lies.  I think it's built around the proposition that a president can do whatever he wants and the public has no right to ask questions.  Napoleon, Caesar and other emperors practiced that philosophy.  

We've simply got to come to grips with the fact that Obama is a cavalier liar.  He has deliberately misled the American people since long before he was elected in 2008.  He has no one to blame for his failing poll standings but himself; yet, in a desperate attempt to deny culpability he chooses to blame racism for his problems.  

I wish I could say that one day, Obama will awaken and realize that he IS to blame, but that is unlikely to happen.  If it ever does, that will be the day the sun comes up in the west. 

REPUBLICANS TO CONSERVATVES: GET LOST

The Republican hierarchy cannot get over itself.  Regardless of the fact that it has consistently lost elections since 2008, the hierarchy still seems to consider itself as being God's gift to American politics.  In 2010, after a crushing defeat over the ObamaCare issue, it was the Tea Parties and the party conservatives who presided over a complete rejuvenation of the party and the take-back of the House of Representatives; yet, the hierarchy has done everything it can possibly do to encourage those Tea Party Members and party conservatives to pack up and get out. 

The recent attacks by Boehner and others against the Tea Parties and the conservative elements within the Republicans can result in only only thing: a continued split in party unity and the probable formation of a third political party.  In such a scenario, the party can only look forward to continued and deepening losses at the polls. 

One of these days, the "hierarchy" is going to realize that they have become the "lowerarchy" and they will have nobody to blame but themselves.  In the meantime, the growing conservative movement in the country is having less and less to do with the Republican Higher Command, as the polls already indicate.  If the damned Central Command is so happy with the Progressives, they should be the ones to pack up and get out.

YOUR VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT MAY CLOSE

Yet another casualty of ObamaCare is going down in flames, pardon the play on words.  The I.R.S. gestapo has ruled that volunteers in fire departments are "employees" and that volunteer fire departments must therefore provide health insurance.  Most volunteer departments serve small, often remote communities who would otherwise be unable to afford fire protection.  These departments operate off of donations and occasional grants, skinny budgets to day the least.  This leaves them unable to afford to pay for health insurance for their volunteers. 

An Administration official, oblivious to reality, is said to have explained, (I don't know what the fuss is all about; this only applied to departments with more than 50 on staff." 

Now, who is to blame for this bilge water, Barry? 

BENGHAZI DISAPPEARS FROM MIDDLE EASTERN MAP

Rep. Ann Kuster (D-N.H.), a Democratic congresswoman, declined to address questions about the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi, Libya, at a recent town hall meeting. According to a video of the town hall,  said she wouldn't answer Benghazi questions because the topic was the Middle East.  "I’m certainly not here to talk about it," she said. "We’re here to talk about the Middle East.”   

This goes to show you how these pious, know-it-all twerps we have allowed ourselves to elect to office really think.  Her statement says to me that either Benghazi is not in the Middle East at all, or she thinks we are dumb enough that we don't know the difference.  In my circle, they're referred to as "airheads."  She probably thinks Los Angeles is in New Mexico or that there are indeed 57 states. 

No wonder our government sucks. 

EIGHT MAJOR TECH COMPANIES: RESTRICT GOVERNMENT SPYING

Eight major tech companies including Microsoft, Google, Apple, Facebook, LinkedIn, Yahoo, AOL and Twitter are calling on Obama and the U.S. Congress to impose new curbs on surveillance after a series of revelations detailing how the National Security Agency (NSA) accessed and collected user data from their customers. "The balance in many countries has tipped too far in favor of the state and away from the rights of the individual — rights that are enshrined in our Constitution. This undermines the freedoms we all cherish."

Hooray and congratulations to these firms for standing up to the bullying, oppressive spying tactics being used against us.   Of course, Obama is not to blame; Kelsey Grammer did it.  

HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE... IN THE TOILET?

The most recent poll shows that the approval rating for Congress has dropped to 9%... that's a single digit 9%.  It's the lowest in recorded history.  

What all of us need to do is to copy this post and paste on the 2014 calendar for the second Tuesday in November.  Do we really need to be to blame for reelecting a Congress that's been wallowing around in the toilet?  

WORD GAMES

I normally don't post this blog on weekends, but I was out sick yesterday so... what the hell.  I can spit out some more poison and vitriol just to make the world go around.  

So, Obama doesn't use the word "period" anymore.  And he no longer says you can "keep your plan."  I haven't heard him say anything much about keeping your doctor or your hospital, either.   Now, he's made another not-so-subtle change in his diatribe: he no longer uses the word, "affordable."  Pretty soon, when people really understand what quality of care they are going to be getting under this monstrosity, he's going to have to drop the word "care" as well, after which the Affordable Care Act will simply be known as "the Act."  I can remember when, as a kid, I used to sneak dirty books into my bedroom and read about "the Act." 

Somehow, I don't think Obama is using a condom.

I sat down to write blogs and got a post on Zinger, but I am just so sick I can't do anymore. Hopefully, I'll be better over the weekend.

THE FICKLE FINGER OF BLAME POINTS TOWARD...

Washington's favorite good old boy, Harry Reid from Nevada, has quietly decided go arbitrarily exempt some of his staffers from ObamaCare and to continue their cushy current plans.  Ted Cruz promptly chastised Reid for it, to which Reid probably thought to himself, "F--- Cruz and the horse he rode in on." 

Now, I need to say this:  There are a whole lot of Americans who are ticked off about ObamaCare.  There were a whole bunch of us trying to get those Americans to pay attention and to let them know what a disaster we were going to have on our hands; nevertheless, they reelected Obama.  Obama pointedly said Tuesday that there was no way ObamaCare would ever be repealed under his watch.  So, folks, you created your own mess.  You are the ones to blame.  Deal with it. 

ANOTHER AMERICAN INDUSTRY LOST TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES

The Doe Run Company of  Herculaneum, Missouri has been in business since 1892.   It is a smelting plant that produces lead; lead is used in many industrial machines and, of course, ammunition.  It will be the last lead production company to close in the U.S. and 145 jobs will be lost.  The company cites insurmountable E.P.A. regulations as the reason for closing down. 

But the need for lead in the U.S. will continue.  That, of course, means that lead will be smelted in other countries and shipped to the U.S. for processing into various needed items.  So, the only thing that has been gained here is the loss of 145 jobs.  Soon, we will have the cleanest country on the planet and no jobs at all.  The steel industry left decades ago.  Auto manufacturing plants continue to downsize and move to Mexico or Canada. 

Maybe it's a good thing that the country is running out of jobs.  People need the additional free time to navigate the ObamaCare website. 

SCREW THE MILITARY... AGAIN

It's no secret that military personnel are underpaid for the services they perform.  It's also no secret that Obama has a great disdain for our men and women in uniform.  Since the first day in office, he has fostered a continuing attack, trying at one point to force military personnel to pay for their own health insurance.  He's also actively replacing top-ranked military personnel and getting rid of the experienced men and women most capable of leading our troops into battle when the needs arise.  He's also trying to change the retirement system, saying that military personnel who retire after 20 years of service can't start drawing retirement pay until they are 65. 

Military personnel depend on reduced prices at military exchanges and commissaries to help make ends meet.  The Obama Administration is now proposing the closure of over 200 stateside and foreign commissaries to "cut costs."  This means that the troops are again taking it in the shorts in terms of benefits.  

One of these days, Obama is going to want to take another trip to Vegas on Air Force One and there won't be any pilots around to fly him.    

FROM THE EMAIL BAG

Commentary by Lt. Colonel John Lewis Cook, USA Retired.

Just when you think the Obama administration cannot possibly engage in any more stupid, embarrassing episodes, you suddenly discover that you are wrong. This administration's capacity for insanity appears to be limitless.

The latest example of this occurred on Tuesday when the Pentagon hosted something called the Second Annual Gay Appreciation Day.  This tribute to the Lavender Set took place in the Pentagon's auditorium which is in the basement of the building. Normally, special events such as this take place
in the bright sunlight of the center courtyard. In any event, the basement is the perfect place for this venue.

Valerie Jarrett, the President's all purpose, all weather cheer leader was in charge and she was definitely ready for the challenge. Ms. Jarrett is famous for over-the-top statements that bear little resemblance to reality and on Tuesday, she did not disappoint. "Because we repealed 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell', our military is stronger and our country is safer now that
homosexuals may serve openly" she told the cheering audience.

This is a most sweeping assertion and it would, under normal circumstances, be accompanied with something in the way of proof to lend it credibility. After all, she is making the gay soldiers sound like supermen and, without them, the nation would be in grave danger.  However, there is nothing normal
about these circumstances we are facing today with this administration. It's as if Obama has repealed the requirement for any supporting documentation, on any issue.  In short, if the administration says it, it has to be true.

If the administration decides to make gays in the military the new Golden Boys, then they become Golden Boys. Period.  Next up was Chuck Hagel, the current Secretary of Defense who was selected to be the fall guy for the loss of Afghanistan. Unfortunately, he doesn't know it yet.  Taking his cue from Ms. Jarrett, he fell right in line. We're very proud of everything the gay and lesbian community have contributed and continue to contribute, he echoed, with the same amount of proof and less enthusiasm that Ms. Jarrett offered, which was none.

Then Eric Fanning, Air Force acting Secretary, heaped praise on a gay Marine Captain and said when he deploys in August, He'll be taking his husband with him.

I admit, it will take some of us some time to get used to these odd possessive pronouns, such as his husband, and her wife, but I suppose we should all make the effort because they are not going away. However, in the interim, it does appear a bit, well, queer.

To make the event complete, there was actually a gay General officer in the audience. Not much of a General, to be sure, only a Brigadier and not active duty but reserve, but technically, a General none the less.  BG Tammy Smith
is duly noted as the groundbreaking General officer that actually came out of the closet. She and her wife were duly recognized.

I'm sure the organizers are praying for a two or three star active duty General just to give the whole thing a touch of class.


While it is all too easy to make fun of these officials fawning over gays as if they were rock stars or an endangered species, there is a far darker side to gays serving openly in the military and none of these officials have the courage to address it.  The dirty little secret is this. During 2012, the
first full year where gays could serve openly in the military, there were 26,000 sexual assaults across all services. Of these 26,000, 14,000 were
male-on-male assaults. 

Yes, you read that correctly. More men in the military were sexually assaulted than women in 2012. 

So who is committing the majority of sexual assaults in the military? Well, it's the new hero who is making our country safer, according to Ms. Jarrett, the homosexual serving openly.  It's the same homosexual soldier that Chuck
Hagel is so proud of.  In fact, Hagel is proud of everything the homosexuals and lesbians are doing.

Well, do you think he's proud of this report that was reluctantly released last month that blamed the homosexual community for most sexual assaults in 2012? And why was there a 35% increase in sexual assaults from 2011 to 2012,
most involving male-on-male assault?

Could it be that throughout all of 2012, gays were serving openly and apparently taking full advantage of the repeal of Don't Ask Don't Tell, and came out of the closet in droves, determined to celebrate their liberation with anyone they encountered, regardless of consent?

When viewed through this lens of cold, hard reality, free from the distortion of political correctness, the whole gay issue quickly ceases to be humorous. In fact, it becomes utterly disgusting.  The truth is, gay soldiers are a real threat to real soldiers and this report bears that out. Instead of putting them on a pedestal, they should be tried and put in jail.
If this is allowed to continue, this virus has the potential of killing the military from the inside. For anyone who still has doubts about this, then I advise them to read the Annual Report on Sexual Assault in the Military, May 2013.

So, what is being done about this epidemic of male rape in the military? Precious little because if it is forced into the bright light of day, it is an admission that the great gay experiment was a total failure.

Meanwhile, as the military leadership was partying with gays in the basement on Tuesday, the last remaining grownups in the Pentagon, the operational folks who always have to make the hard calls during times like this, were wrestling with the latest orders from the President to cut ten combat brigades from a force that is already too lean. That will be roughly 45,000 soldiers who will, eventually, lose their jobs and the chance to finish their careers.

Soldiers who have done nothing wrong, raped no one, just doing their job, will be cut loose.  But have no fear. None of those who get cut will be gay. 

God knows, in this environment, being gay is being golden and the gays will keep getting a free pass until sanity is restored to the system.  When that will happen is anybody's guess because there are no George Patton's on the horizons.

Like those guys at Benghazi  the military right now is on its own. No help will be coming from this administration.

BREAKING: ANOTHER OUTRAGEOUS OBAMA LIE?

The ink isn't even dry on the "agreement" yet and Iran is claiming the deal as is being represented by Kerry and Obama is NOT the deal they reached at all!

Why are eye witnesses to the Benghazi Massacre still being required to sign monthly non-disclosure statements in order to keep their jobs? 

IRAN: U.S. SELLS OUT

Despite White House assurances that it would never be allowed, the world woke up one day not long ago to the news that North Korea had a nuclear weapon.  Despite repeated assurances that we could keep our insurance... our doctors... period... we woke up one day recently to discover that it was all one big, fat lie.

John Kerry and Barack Obama are back slapping each other's backs and running around telling everyone that they have struck a deal with Iran that will be the precursor to bigger and better things.  The deal extracts virtually nothing from Iran; they get to keep refining uranium up to a point that they say they will not pass, but they reserve the right to refuse inspection.  We give up access to money that has been frozen in their name.  They get more time. 

What secret side deals were made to entice Iran into this?  

There are no accolades coming from this corner regarding this deal.  It stinks to high heaven of more Obamanure.  It comes three days after Reid crammed the nuclear option down our throats and while Obama is sinking in a sludge of lies he and his cohorts have been spreading about ObamaCare for years now.  It comes on the heels of allegations that unemployment figures were manipulated to help Obama get reelected.  It comes two days after Obama extended the employer moratorium on ObamaCare just long enough to get past the 2014 elections. 

I'm afraid we've just been set up for one more big fat surprise that Iran has acquired a nuke.  Anyone out there wanna' make a bet on this?  Who are they going to blame for THIS one... Netanyahu? 

MESSAGE TO CONGRESS: YOU ARE TO BLAME

We have had it with you and your high-handed anti-citizen attitudes.  Your failures to adequately respond to the needs and wants of America are no longer acceptable. 

Your attempts to blame ObamaCare's failure on Republicans, insurance companies, doctors and everyone else won't fly any longer.  We know which ones of you voted for ObamaCare.  We've taken notice of those of you who refuse to accept responsibility for your actions, not only regarding ObamaCare but regarding the budget, the debt, and illegal immigration.

You and your senseless actions are on the front burner.  YOU are to blame for this mess.  YOU are to blame for allowing the Administration to circumvent our Constitution, spy on Americans, stonewall on Fast & Furious and Benghazi, and use the I.R.S. to go after Administration enemies. 

YOUR chickens are now coming home to roost.  

When YOU come home to roost over this holiday season, do not... DO NOT expect your constituents to smile and nod politely; expect to be called to task for your insurmountable failures.  

NOW, THERE ARE TWO S.O.B.'S

Yesterday, I ranted about how Obama was going to apologize to Afghanistan for the war there and our mistakes.  Today, Kerry announced a security agreement had been reached with Karzai and that no apology will be made.  "Let me be clear: President Karzai didn't ask for an apology. There was no discussion of an apology. There will -- there is no -- I mean, it's not even on the table. He didn't ask for it, we're not discussing it," Kerry said.

Mark my words: He's lying.  Obama lies through his teeth and out his rear end.  Kerry is the guy who claimed to have received multiple Purple Hearts and Bronze Stars. 
My opinion and statements of yesterday stand.  THEY ARE TO BLAME. 
 

HOW DARE THE S.O.B. DO THIS

How dare President Barack Hussein Obama apologize to Afghanistan for the Afghanistan war!  We lost thousands of lives there and tens of thousand military personnel came home with injuries.  They trained Al Qaeda there who took down our World Trade Center and Pentagon.  We spilled our blood and we're apologizing? 

This is treason.  This is sedition.  This son-of-a-bitch needs to be run out of this country.  Take HIS sorry bad ass to Guantanamo!

COLORADO CONRESSMAN GOES INSANELY LEFT

Colorado Representative Jared Polis has demonstrated that there are people in this country more whacko than Pelosi, Reid or Obama.  He's suggesting that all illegal aliens receive fully legal status immediately so that there will be more people paying into and using ObamaCare.  Immigrants are currently not required to participate in the program's individual mandate and don’t receive subsidies or the ability to participate in Medicaid programs, Polis noted. He said too often they are shifted to emergency rooms for routine healthcare, some not paying their bills, which in turn are absorbed by paying consumers.  FOR MORE.

I guess that's how these jackass left-wingers think: find two nightmares and marry them and they will be happy ever after.  People like him obviously never attended an economics class and failed Logic 101.  How they even deserve a stage whereupon they can flap their gums is beyond me.  I've got an idea of my own: Let's bring in Mexico as our 51st state and tax them so we can get rid of our national debt.  Never mind that they're all poor, this plan will work; I just know it will.  

Remember those stupid caps with a pinwheel on top?  Would you blame me if I sent him one?  I'd be willing to bet $100 that Nancy would be the first one to spin it.  

ANOTHER MIDDLE EAST OBAMA "FUMBLE"

The Obama Administration has succeeded in dismantling America's dominance in the Meddle East, built over half a century, in just a few years.  That sad fact has contributed immensely to the instability in the Middle East and the resurgence of Al Qaeda. 

First, it was the "Arab Spring," which was misread by the Administration as being a solid turn toward democracy by Middle Eastern Nations.  Then there was the refusal of the Administration to recognize and deal with the growing threat of nuclear weapons capability in North Korea and Iran.  Obama then fumbled around with the "red line" in Syria and embarrassed us in front of the world.  Russia's Putin bailed Obama out.  

The latest fatality of Obama's Middle Eastern policy is Egypt.  By slashing military aid to Egypt in retaliation for the removal of Morsi, Egypt has been  forced to look to Russia for financial support.  Russia is now on the verge of becoming the preeminent foreign power in the Middle East, leaving both Israel and Jordan under increasing threats to their national securities. 

You can't blame Bush for this. 

THE PRESS FINALLY ADMITS HOW WRONG IT HAS BEEN

Hang on to your bloomers, because you're certainly not expecting what's coming. 

The press has finally admitted it was wrong, wrong, wrong.  Back in 1863, the Patriot-News of central Pennsylvania, known back then as the Patriot & Union, printed an opinion that Lincoln's Gettysburg Address was "silly."  “In an editorial about President Abraham Lincoln’s speech delivered Nov. 19, 1863, in Gettysburg, the Patriot & Union failed to recognize its momentous importance, timeless eloquence, and lasting significance,” the paper wrote on its editorial page Thursday. “The Patriot-News regrets the error.” 

Although it took 150 years to admit the mistake, it signifies to me that there is hope for the press and media of 2013 yet.  Maybe, just maybe, in 2163 they'll admit they were owned lock, stock and barrel by the President of the United States and the left-wing progressive liberals and that they should have been more fair and honest in their reporting.  

Don't hold your breath. 

BENGHAZI: AMERICANS WANT ANSWERS

Two-thirds of Americans polled want answers to the Benghazi Massacre according to a recent FOX NEWS poll.  After a few weeks of working on other issues, Congress is finally taking the matter up again.  They have discovered, in secret interviews with some witnesses, that in addition to the four killed, two received serious and life-threatening injuries.  

The Obama Administration has been consistently stone-walling requests for documents, witness testimony and other information.  There is growing worry among Democrats that any bad emerging Benghazi facts combined with the ObamaCare debacle could prove toxic next November.  Nevertheless, America's thirst for the full story about Benghazi continues unabated.  

They'll have a difficult time blaming Bush for this one.

To start off with, it was Obama's idea in the first place.  He first broached the subject before he won the 2008 election.  Then, after taking office, he foisted the project on Congress.  Congress was fully controlled by the Democratic Party in 2009 and 2010.  There were more than a dozen hidden agendas that popped up as the discussions went on, and one by one the Democrats backed off.    Then, there was a "national emergency;" the plan just had to be passed right now.  Pelosi and Reid put on the full-court press and, in the face of 70% opposition against it from the citizens who they work for, the Democrats jammed this down our throats on straight part-line votes in both houses of Congress.  Of course, Obama signed it post haste, lickety-split.  

This was an entirely Democrat bill; as I remember it, not one Independent,  Libertarian or Republican voted for it.  Max Baucus led a small group of Senators against the bill, then caved in at the last minute and the bill passed... before anyone had read it. 

And therein lies the blame... every Democrat who was in office in 2010 in the House, Senate or White House is to blame.  They all collaborated blindly and with malice aforethought to "stick it to America."  Now, of course, they're shaking in their collective boots, afraid of what is coming in November of 2014.  If they had any sense at all, they'd all resign now and save themselves from the embarrassment.  

Paybacks are a bitch. 

ISRAEL IS NOT TO BLAME

Over the three-day weekend, Secretary of State John Kerry appeared on NBC's "MEET THE PRESS" and laid into Israel for not going along with the latest proposal regarding Iranian nukes.  The "deal" called for Iran to stop short of creating a nuke but retaining the capability to do so while the world would ease sanctions against Iran.  Israel said that was not enough and France agreed with Israel, afraid that the "deal" was just a "con."  

After talks fells apart, Kerry said that Israel doesn't know what a great deal it was, more or less blaming Israel for the failure.  

Israel doesn't trust Obama.  I don't either.  Remember, he's the guy who has been promising this country they could keep their plan... period.  Obama is a prolific liar and prevaricator of the truth.  Kerry is the former Presidential candidate with 239 or so Purple Hearts and umpteen Medals of Valor.   I surely would not sit down and play poker with those two, even if I supplied the cards.  Israel is not to blame for this; Iran is.  Obama and Kerry are to blame for their endless strings of lies; no one can trust either one of them about anything. 

DON'T BLAME US

ON THE N.S.A. FRONT

We hear this week that the N.S.A. has also hacked into the Secretary General of the United Nations and the computers at Yahoo and Google. Oozing out yesterday without media fanfare is news that William Binney, a codebreaking specialist whom the National Security Agency enlisted to help decipher electronic data to foil post-Sept. 11 terror plots, recently told CBS Baltimore his attempt several years ago to protest the agency’s abuse of its growing tech powers led only to personal heartache as the government pushed back against his vocal concern. That is probably one major reason why Snowden made his public disclosures. 

In the meantime,the Obama Administration is fighting an effort to have the Supreme Court immediately review the legality of the National Security Agency’s call-tracking program.
In a brief filed with the high court, the Justice Department argues that the Electronic Privacy Information Center’s petition asking the justices to weigh in on the issue is premature and that the issue should be allowed to percolate in the lower courts.


This whole N.S.A. thing has us and the world extremely uptight.  Well, President Obama is considering splitting the N.S.A. into two agencies, one dealing with the gathering of intelligence and one dealing with the conduct of war and military activities overseas.  I guess he is lame-brained enough to think that will either resolve the problem or satisfy those of us who have strong fears about his agendas, but simply dividing a cancer doesn't kill it.  In fact, separating the functions will certainly facilitate a more rapid growth and deployment of the spying portion. 

However, the fact that he is considering taking this action is indicative to me that he knows full-well that the actions of the N.S.A. are inappropriate and probably illegal.  And that is where my blame rests today. 

YET ANOTHER EXPLANATION OF BENGHAZI?

Word on the Hill today is that several eye witnesses from the Benghazi Massacre are going to testify in secret next week.  Early reports indicate they will tell an entirely different story than the several variations that have already been put forth by the White House and State Department.  There's even a suggestion that there was no lull in the fighting at Benghazi, a story that the White House put out to justify not sending in reinforcements... that when the "lull" occurred they thought the fighting was over.  

There is optimism on the Hill that we will finally know the story about what went on in Benghazi and why.  The Administration has been fighting tooth and nail to keep these witnesses from testifying.  Obviously, they have something to hide, but there's no truth to the rumor that the White House has threatened the witnesses they will not be able to sign up for ObamaCare if they spill the beans. 

Hopefully, we will learn more, but don't be surprised if we don't or if Obama blames George Washington if there are any stunning revelations. 

NYC DOWN THE TUBES

Thank God we don't live in New York City.  The idiots there just elected a guy so far to the left that he makes Obama look like a far-right conservative.  He's even worse than Bloomberg. Bill de Blasio once volunteered in the Marxist Sandinista movement in Nicaragua.  He's promised to roll back educational reforms and to raise taxes, already the highest of major cities in the U.S.

All I can say is that you can expect a mass exodus from those who already can't afford to live there, leading to a bigger deficit and even higher taxes.  

You can't blame me for this one.

THE INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE TO BLAME

I just knew in my heart that Obama could not guilty of the horrible things people are saying about him and his ObamaCare program.  Finally, we know that the people who are losing their current insurance policies are victims of a massive insurance fraud.  You see, they deliberately changed people's insurance coverage so that, when the time came for ObamaCare to kick in, they could disenroll policy holders and start charging something no one can afford.  That way, people would quit buying insurance and the companies could fold their tents and go put of business.  

Makes sense to me. 

N.S.A. SPIED ON POPE

N.S.A. spied on Archbishop Jorge Mario Bergoglio before, during and after his elevation to Pope, according to a U.K. website. 

Now here is a case where the U.S. surely had a deep national security interest.  After all, the Vatican could be on the precipice of declaring war against the United States.  Or, perhaps, the Vatican is a secret safe harbor for Muslim terrorists.  The N.S.A. hasn't responded to the allegations; they're too busy setting up a monitoring station at the North Pole Santa's Workshop.  I wonder who Obama is going to blame this on? 

N.S.A. BLAMES US FOR GROWING WOES

The National Security Agency is under fire for its unfettered spying on U.S. citizens and world leaders.  The agency's head, James Clapper, says the criticism is causing sources to dry up and an erosion of trust within the intelligence community.  It's all due to our uproar at finding out we have no expectation of privacy anywhere at any time, regardless of our innocence.  

Here's another jackass who feels we are all property of the U.S. government and must be subservient to Federal control. 

OBAMA: NO LONGER THE "MESSIAH," NOW THE PARIAH

Imagine how it must feel to have everything under your total control, where everyone does exactly as you command and those who don't get punished.  Picture, if you will, that all of the sudden those loyal subjects turn on you and start asking questions about the lies you have told.  Culture shock? 

That's what Barack Obama is suddenly confronted with.  Within a 24-hour period, many of the loyal media and press have gone from "sucking up" to asking what in the hell is going on.  Millions of people who were told by the President they could keep their insurance plans if they liked them are now being told that was a lie and that the President knew he was not telling the truth when he said so.  

My God, the President fibbed!  And, when they started asking questions they discovered that the President had lied several times... about ObamaCare alone.  The rumble of discontent is growing louder.  

Could it be that Obama really is to blame? Holy sheep dip! 

WHY OBAMA CAN'T FIRE SEBELIUS

Anybody wondering why the United States Government would choose CGI Federal, a Canadian company with a lengthy record of poor performance, to build the new ObamaCare website need look no further than 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue according to a report from NEWSMAX.  Top executives at the firm are on very friendly ground with top White House Officials, including the President and Mrs. Obama.

This certainly answers a lot of questions.  It appears that standard government procurement regulations were not followed, another violation of Federal law.  There should have been a Request for Proposals containing the nature of the project and the qualifications of potential contractors.  There should have been specifications available describing the technological requirements to complete the project and there should have been a bidding process with strictly regulated bid openings and a legitimate selection method. 

Yet another of Obama's corrupt practices has led to a total waste of taxpayer money; it wouldn't be surprising to me to discover that some senior executive at CGI Federal once worked for Solyndra.  

We know who to blame for this boondoggle.  He can't blame Sebelius and that's why he can't fire her.  

OBAMA SPEECHLESS?

There's that nasty allegation floating around that the United States has been secretly spying on Herman Chancellor Angela Merkel's cellphone, among other things.  Now, you'll note that as of this writing of this post, being yesterday Sunday, October 27, 2013, our President Barry has had his gums shut.  Granted, he may have misplaced his teleprompter, but he's being uncharacteristically silent on a matter of international speculation and curiosity. 

He did ask his beloved National Security Adviser, Susan Rice of Benghazi cover-up fame, to call Merkel and offer his astonishment and apologies.  Reports at the time were that Rice told Merkel Barry did not know about the monitoring of Merkel’s phone, and she said it was not currently happening, and would not in the future. Well, what about the past?  Uh, they're not discussing that. 

As someone once said and has often been repeated, history repeats itself.  True to form, Obama has been caught so many times in lies that his ears are growing bigger.  The word leaked out yesterday that Obama not only knew about the surveillance, but he also personally authorized it.  When that news surfaced. I think every toilet in the White House flushed at the same time. 

And, true to form, by the time the day was over the Administration had coughed up a weakly uttered, often repeated, "Bush did it."  The liberal press, rushing to full damage-control for good old Barry, was quick to assert that "everybody spies on their friends and allies, so that's entirely acceptable behavior."  I guess that means it is legal, after all, for me to sneak a camera into the ladies dressing room at Macy's? 

FORMER GITMO DETAINEE IN BENGHAZI ATTACK?

A terrorist detained at Guantanamo who was released in 2007 was in Benghazi the night of the bloody attack on our Consulate there and may have actually been in charge of the massacre.  Sufian bin Qumu, who is suspected of running camps in eastern Libya where some of the assailants trained, is also a "respected member" of Ansar al-Sharia -- one of the Islamist groups identified in State Department email traffic two hours after the attack. 

Additionally, there does not seem to be any ongoing attempt to detain any of the suspected Benghazi attack terrorists.  In fact, the State Department has a Rewards for Justice Program which offers rewards for tips that lead to suspected terrorists; none of the suspected Benghazi terrorists are on that list. 

As usual, the "transparent" Obama Administration is refusing comment on anything to do with Benghazi. 

OBAMACARE: NO PATIENT PRIVACY

The news for ObamaCare continues to get worse by the day.  Buried in the voluminous website is the following language: "You have no reasonable expectation of privacy regarding any communication of any data transmitted or stored on this information system." 

When the various contractors were grilled yesterday by the House committee yesterday, they were quick to deny any knowledge of the language or to say that someone else was to blame.  It was suggested that the HIPPA law that protects medical information would apply.  Is your name. address, date of birth or social security information "medical information?"  It could be argued that, by your signing up on the website you waive your HIPPA protections as well. 

It's obvious that our "open and transparent" government has been caught with its pants down... again.

BENGHAZI YAWN

The government is saying that they have been able to tie the attackers at the Benghazi Massacre to senior Al Qaeda leadership. 

I frankly don't know why this story makes any news outlet.  We've all known or suspected Al Qaeda involvement in this attack ever since it happened.  The icing on the cake comes when they say that this is in conflict to the original Administration stance that the whole thing was spontaneous and caused by the infamous video.  The story says that the attack had been in the planning stages for months.  

We already knew that tidbit of information as well.  

So why, all of the sudden, does the Administration come up with these "revelations?"  What we'd really like to know is: Why did Obama turn his back on the unfolding events and fly off to Vegas on a campaign junket and why did they create that ridiculous movie scenario in the first place?  Certainly, they had to know that falsehood would come back to haunt them; they can't be THAT dumb, can they?  

Maybe Obama thought, and still thinks, the smell of this would all disappear like a fart in a whirlwind? 

Well, it won't.  We want answers and we're going to keep on hammering at this issue until something breaks. 

NEW D.O.J. SCANDAL RIVALS FAST & FURIOUS

There was a shootout between police and drug cartel members in Guadalajara, Mexico on October 10th; three officers were killed.  When the dust settled, authorities discovered Kingery grenades at the site.  The "Kingery grenade" refers to those manufactured by Jean Baptiste Kingery, a California resident who made grenades in Mexico from parts sourced in the U.S. He also converted AK-47s from semi- to fully-automatic weapons.  

Kingery was arrested in 2010 following a six-year investigation.  The U.S. Attorney handling the case, Emory Hurley, refused to prosecute on the basis Kingery's grenades were "harmless toys" and the case lacked jury appeal.

Once released, Kingery continued to make his grenades and bombs in Sonora using parts from the U.S. until he was arrested in 2011; he had made some 2,000 bombs.  Such grenades have been used in cartel attacks in public streets, bars and nightclubs.  Kingery now sits in a Mexican jail, charged with terrorism. 

Emails show Obama administration officials acknowledging that they may lose track of grenades but would still be able to accomplish their original objective even if the grenades explode. It appears they intended to track Kingery's parts to locate his assembly plant.  The emails also show ATF agents knew that the grenades could end up exploding and killing innocent people if they proceeded with the plan. That didn’t stop the Obama administration’s ATF from allowing the grenades to walk.

The Administration is trying to keep the lid on this. 

THE BIG I.R.S.JOKE?

Lost in the shuffle of the ignominious budget battle was a Congressional hearing into the ongoing I.R.S. scandal that deserves mention.  

Sarah Hall Ingram was first called to appear many months ago and has been ducking the opportunity.  She is the illustrious lass who headed the IRS division that targeted conservative groups for mistreatment and who has been promoted to head the IRS division that will enforce ObamaCare.  Emails clearly show that in her former position she shared confidential taxpayer information on numerous occasions directly with the White House.  

While she visited the I.R.S. some 165 times, former I.R.S. Commissioner Dough Shulman made 157 trips of his own to the White House, specifically during the time the Tea Parties and other groups were being targeted.  While she was appearing before the House Oversight Committee, Rep. Gerry Connolly took to questioning her along these lines:  Was she a witch or had she been consorting with the devil?   If not, what about the many reports that she could fly?  

The fact that various organizations and individuals who reported on or disagreed with Obama policies were targeted by the I.R.S. for extra audits, or that their applications for tax-exempt status were pigeonholed or grossly mishandled is a serious matter.  We are dealing with severe abuse of the I.R.S. by the Administration here.   

This is absolutely no laughing matter. For Connolly to try and make light of it is indicative of his total disregard for Americans. 

THE MYSTERIOUS BENGHAZI PRESS RELEASE

Thirteen months after Benghazi a White House Press Release purported to have been released the day before the massacre has surfaced, reporting that a meeting of top military and national security officials has been held at the White House to discuss the issue of preparedness for any terrorist attack on 9/11.  The assumption that this document has been languishing in a pile of papers for thirteen months while the Massacre has been under such scrutiny stretches any premise of credibility to the limit.  

Why hasn't any official who attended such a meeting come forward to say so?  If such a meeting took place, why were military response forces so poorly positioned in case their intervention or reaction was necessary?  Why did General Carter Ham, the main guy in charge of military response at the time,  testify before Congress that no one from the White House contacted him to tighten security?  Word has it that the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Dempsey,  has said that any meetings or briefings during that period were "routine and casual." 

When are we ever going to get the true story and facts on the Benghazi Massacre, Mr. President? 

YOU ARE YO BLAME

You are to blame for this mess.  Obama says so.  

How any President who has the lowest ratings in modern history can come out and blame us, is way over my head. 

WHY WASHINGTON IS DYSFUNCTIONAL

Who's to blame for all of this theater, the government shutdown, the name-calling, and the shameful tactics in Washington?  

We are.  We allow it to happen. 

THE REAL PROBLEM WITH THE N.S.A.

Obama and his henchmen claim that the N.S.A. is only going to keep track of who we send emails to and who we call; they supposedly will not listen to any calls or read any emails.  

So, Mr. and Mrs. America, you have been identified as someone they don't like.  You're a life member of the N.R.A., you write nasty editorials in the newspaper, you attend church regularly and you fly the American flag in front of your house.  Certainly, your friends and relatives are likely to be of the same mind set as you are; by monitoring who you call and who you send emails to, they now have expanded their list of enemies. 

I'm not suggesting any insidious conspiracy on their part; I'm simply suggesting that they have the ability to identify and label your contacts as being their enemies.  Which explains why they have now started grabbing your email contact lists from internet providers.  And, just as I am 110% certain that they had no ulterior motives in turning over confidential tax information to the White House or targeting certain groups and just as I'm sure they were on the up and up when they monitored calls from the Associated Press and FOX, I'm equally assuring you that they would never, ever use the N.S.A. to label your friends or relatives as their enemies.  

Would they?  

I.R.S. SHARED CONFIDENTIAL TAXPAYER INFO WITH WHITE HOUSE

Sarah Hall Ingram, the IRS official who was in the hot seat for scrutinizing the tax-exempt status of conservative groups, shared confidential taxpayer information with several people at the White House according to The Daily Caller.  Ingram shared confidential taxpayer information with Jeanne Lambrew, the deputy assistant to the president for health policies, as well White House health policy advisor Ellen Montz.  Ingram went to the White House 155 times to meet Lambrew.  Ingram now heads the IRS division responsible for implementing ObamaCare.  

This is prima facie evidence that the White House intends to intrude on the health records of citizens through an insidious abuse of its power and oversight of ObamaCare.  The abuse of I.R.S. records by the White House is flagrantly unconstitutional and someone needs to be charged and tried for it.

MILITARY FUNERALS: WHEN DID OBAMA KNOW?

The big question floating around Washington D.C. yesterday was when President Obama became aware that we were not going to pay military death benefits or cover funeral expenses for returning military personnel killed in the line of duty.  The White House was claiming that he was unaware of it and was madder than hell when he learned about it. 

Well, to paraphrase a famous former Secretary of State, what difference at this point does it make?  We're several days down the road and Obama has yet to issue one of those famous and numerous Executive Orders of his to resolve the matter. 

Over on the supposedly closed National Mall, veterans can't get in to visit the World War II Memorial due to the government shutdown.  Yet, Pelosi was able to rally with her Mexican immigrant pals right across the mall from the Memorial.  "I'm not grandstanding," she insisted.  

It's as clear as day; we know who to blame. This President and his two-bit cronies have their positions abundantly clear:  Piss on the military. 

N.S.A. MELTDOWN

Ever since news about problems with N.S.A. came to light in June, Americans have been concerned about the agency spying on the civilian population; an overwhelming majority now want the N.S.A. totally our of domestic spy operations.  Polls by The Washington Post and ABC News reflect that 74 percent of respondents said the NSA’s spying intrudes on their privacy rights. 

While that news alone should be enough to frost the gizzards of Obama and his Nazi-like goon squads and agency minions, (D.O.J., N.S.A., I.R.S. etc), God has been working in mysterious ways.  Severe electrical problems and virtual meltdowns at the new N.S.A. top-secret spy center in Utah have been occurring on a regular basis.  Hundreds of millions of dollars worth of computers related equipment have been destroyed.  One project official says that the N.S.A. planned to start turning on some of the computers at the facility this week. "But without a reliable electrical system to run computers and keep them cool, the global surveillance data systems can't function." 

Backup generators have failed repeated tests, cooling systems remain untested, and there are also disagreements among government officials and contractors over the adequacy of the electrical control systems.

No wonder Obama wants the debt ceiling raised. 

I.R.S. BROKE FEDERAL RECORDS LAW

Top I.R.S. officials, including Lois Lerner, used private e-mail accounts to conduct official I.R.S. business, according to Congressman Darrell Issa.  This activity included sending classified documents to non-agency email addresses in violation of the Federal Records Act and in direct violation of I.R.S., policies.  Confidential information could have been passed; data security was  breached.  

“Right now, there’s a reason to fear the IRS and other agencies, including the EPA, who are loaded with people who feel empowered to bend the rules against those they disagree with,” Issa said.

Obviously, Obama intends to keep the government shut down in order to create distraction from the several scandals which were plaguing him just two weeks ago.  These were blatantly open attacks on individual rights and liberties of the American public.  They need to be properly investigated and people need to go to jail. 

OUTRAGE

Amber alert system shut down. 

In your faces, America.  Do as Barry says or face the consequences.  Next move: Open the doors to all of the Federal prisons and furlough the guards?  Close all of the Federal Highways? 

What an outright jack ass!  

Note that after the outrage yesterday morning, the government decided to put the Amber Alert website back up.  But, he's still a jack ass.  

MORE BENGHAZI BULL

Over the weekend, elite teams of Navy Seals and Army operatives ventured into Somalia and Libya to go after terrorists responsible for the supermarket attack in Kenya two weeks ago and to capture the senior Al-Qaeda official responsible for 1998 embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania.  Secretary of State John Kerry was jubilant,saying "Members of Al Qaeda and other terrorist organizations literally can run but they can't hide."  Good move and thank you to the military.

Now, let me say again... Libya was one of the two countries the seals went into and where they caught Abu Anas al Libi in Tripoli, Libya.  

For months now, the Obama Administration has been claiming that the reason they have not brought to justice those they deem responsible for the attack on the Benghazi Consulate was that the situation was too volatile and the government too unstable in Libya to go after the supposed culprits, although they've been out in the open.  If we can nab one, why can't we go in and nab the others?  

Here in the U.S., the Obama Administration refuses to turn over documents pertaining to the Benghazi Massacre and refuses to allow living witness to the event to testify before Congress or even to be identified.  Is it not obvious that the reason we haven't gone after the Benghazi suspects is either that they are not really the ones responsible, or that our government doesn't want to capture them and risk having them talk about what really happened at Benghazi? 

It seems to smell a little, doesn't it? 

WAH WAH STORY

The Democrats are whining that the government workers who have been laid off can't buy groceries or pay their rent.  The average national wage is about $41,500.  The average wage for a government worker is $80,000.  And they want to blame us because they can't manage their budgets? 

Wah, wah, wah.  Obviously, they're the reason our national debt is uncontrollable. 

NATIONAL SECURITY AT RISK

Bound to get even with the citizens of the United States who despise his signature ObamaCare legislation, President Obama has ordered the Veterans Memorial closed and some 70% of key players in the country's national security team to be furloughed.  James Clapper, Director of National Intelligence, told a hearing of the Senate Judiciary Committee that failure to fund the government "is not just a Beltway issue. It affects our capability to support the military, diplomacy and our policymakers."  

Obama continues his hateful dislike of members of the military and national veterans.  Ever since his first days in office when he insisted that active duty military personnel pay for their own medical care, Obama has targeted military pay and veterans' benefits.  These are the people who protect our country and, by his actions, he's sent their morale into the toilet.  Now, he further destroys our national safety and security through the deliberate layoffs of key spy personnel. 

Obama is no President; he's an insidious blight on what was a free nation.
