SPECIAL POST
A week or so ago, I took on Lisa Murkowski and people like her who are not willing to accept the fact that the majority might not like them. These are the ones who decide to play the unethical game of running as independents or third party candidates in an effort to split the vote and secure victory for themselves with less than 50% of the vote. Murkowski, ticked off to no end that she was soundly beaten in the primaries, turned to the Libertarians to put her on the November ballot as their candidate. They refused. Now, she’s running as a “write in” candidate because there was no other way she could get a spot on the ballot.
Back in the primary days, she set about trashing Joe Miller, the guy who ultimately walloped her. She went on and on about what a lousy lawyer he was and how it would be a very bad choice for Alaskans to make should they vote for him. And, she hasn’t stopped.
What’s amazing is that Lisa Murkowski flunked her bar exam four times in a row.
I submit to you that this is how those guys think, the ones who piously stand there and tell us that they, and only they, know what is good for us as they vote for things we do not want. And yes, by the way, I understand that I am picking on a Republican. But, she certainly serves to make the point that we need to vote against incumbents. I have said it for well over a year: It has become a “culture” in Washington to think that they can get away with anything and we, the people, are simply in the way of things. Further, if “we, the people,” take it upon ourselves to remove “them, the elitist, self-serving, pious and non-responsive” ones, then it is only fit and proper that they should ignore us and find ways around us.
These people must be removed. We can get the entire House in this election and 1/3 of the Senate and two years from now, we can get another 1/3 of the Senate and maybe, pray to God, that damned culture they created will finally be dissolved.

Just mailed in my ballot. Voted a mixed ticket.
Well,,, that's what happens when you vote %100 against the incumbents.
