So, let me get this straight. If you're an American citizen or otherwise here legally, and if you commit a felony, then you're going to go to jail. But, if you're here illegally, they'll turn you loose on the streets?
I mean to say, if you're an illegal alien, then our laws do not apply?
So, you get deported five times and commit seven felonies and then you get caught again. Now, this is a federal issue, isn't it? Why would a federal law enforcement guy turn you over to a city cop to be tried on some misdemeanor charge and then released onto the streets?
Did some smart attorney pay some dumb ICE agent off, or what? Can we now expect that this scumbag illegal Mexican is going to be convicted of his 8th felony, deported to Mexico for the 6th time, caught for another crime and released back onto the streets of San Francisco?
Who in the Sam Hell is running this country? Oh... that's right... it's the guy who says GUNS cause crime.
