TECHNOLOGY MAY BE OUR DOWNFALL

We all know the principle that we can't spy on each other.  We can't have peepholes in restrooms, we can't record each other's telephone conversations, we can't open someone else's mail, we can't hack into another's computer... These are pretty much settled in law. 

Now arrives the drone.  We've seen the great pictures those things can take, which begs the question: what if your neighbor flies one over your back fence and records your wife sunbathing?  What if someone flies a drone into your daughter's bathroom?  

Not so fast, pal.  There's a law that says the airspace above the ground on your property is public airspace; you have no control over it.  Besides, you can't fire off your shotgun in most towns and cities. 

What a mess we've engineered ourselves into this time. 

CHANGE OF SUBJECT

There was a bomb threat in the White House Press Briefing Room yesterday. 

For once, our illustrious press and media have something to talk about except their adulation and adoration of Premier Obama. 

OBAMA PISSES ON THE SUPREME COURT

Premier Barack Hussein Obama has bluntly challenged the Supreme Court over its pending ruling regarding the validity of ObamaCare subsidies, complaining yesterday that the Court should never have taken up the case at all, and warning that any ruling against its subsidies would be a "twisted interpretation" of the law.  He curtly chastised the Justices and said the Court should have stayed out of this fight.  He practically dared the Court to rule against him, implying they'll be in deep trouble if they do.  

To rule against him, the premier said, would be a "contorted reading of the statute" and a "twisted interpretation." If that does happen, Obama said, "that throws off how that exchange operates" and millions of people would lose subsidies.  I would surmise then, that he would initiate riots like he did in Ferguson and Baltimore. 

Who the f--k does he think he is, addressing the Court like that?  And why is this nation allowing him to seize total control of all branches of our government?  WHAT IN THE HELL IS GOING ON IN THIS NATION? 

OBAMA TRYING TO MEND GERMAN FENCE

Barack Hussein Obama has been on the outs with Germany's Angela Merkel ever since it was discovered that the U.S. had been tapping into her cell phone at his personal direction.  Now that he's at the G-7 Summit, he decided to try and mend fences.  Obama and Merkel planned to open his visit yesterday with a public display of friendliness, delivering remarks about the U.S. ~ German alliance before they stroll through the picturesque alpine village of Kruen to sample the Bavarian food and sights. 

How nice. Maybe they'll have a German beer in the Rhone Garden.   

NBC TO KEEP BRIAN WILLIAMS?

CNN’s Brian Stelter reported Sunday that NBC News Chairman Andy Lack has been ordering employees to “think creatively” about how to keep Williams at the network while avoiding public disdain. Williams may lose his seat as anchor of the "NBC Nightly News," but executives are looking for a way to keep him at the network in a new role.  Weeks of complex negotiations between him and NBC are not yet complete.  

Well, so the problem was lying?  Perhaps he should run for Obama's job.  He seems to be well-prepared and to have the necessary requirements for the role.  Frankly, I don't know what the issue is; his tall tales are no worse than what the rest of the media is spewing these days. 

IRS DATA BREACH: IT'S YOUR FAULT

The infamous John Koskinen, Obama's chief henchman at the I.R.S., has testified before Congress that the recent massive data breach is your fault.  According to him, the agency is plague with an ancient and almost useless computer system that simply has to be replaced immediately.  In fact, he insisted,, he's said the agency needs more money many times before and Congress and the American people simply won't cough up and bucks.  

In passing, I mention that there was no discussion about his continuing to pay employees lavish bonuses for providing Americans with a piss-poor product... while the agency has  been running out of money to operate with.   

DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE T.S.A.

Obama will fix it.  

I mean, he has a proven track record of drawing red lines, identifying problems and getting things fixed.  

Doesn't he? 

CALIFORNIA RESTAURANTS SNATCH EMPLOYEE TIPS

Restaurants in California, faced with escalating minimum wages mandated by the state, are responding by taking all or a portion of the employee tips.  In January, minimum wage will go up to $13 an hour in Sacramento. Moreover, California legislators are considering raising the minimum wage across the entire state to the same rate. 

Restaurant owners are adding surcharges to dinner bills, charging service charges and using similar ploys in an attempt to defray the increased costs of doing business.  

When you get right down to it, who is to blame for this mess?  Personally, I don't care what they do; I've quit dining out.  

I.S.I.S. DESTORYS IRAQI OIL REFINERY

ISIS forces have destroyed Iraq's largest oil refinery, located in Baiji.  "Many of the ISIS forces seem to have withdrawn," says Ben van Heuvelen of Iraq Oil Report. "But they've left behind a crew that appears to be on a suicide mission to cause as much damage and death as possible while the Iraqi forces try to clear the place." 

This news comes as the State Department and White House launch a fresh campaign to try and convince Americans that everything is peaches and cream in the Middle East.  

TALIBAN FIVE TO RETURN TO BATTEFIELD?

There appears to be some hand-wringing going on in Washington D.C. political circles as the day fast approaches, (Monday, to be exact), when the infamous five Gitmo Taliban prisoners who were traded for Army deserter Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl are slated to be released in Qatar.  They will now be free to rejoin the terrorist ranks on the battlefield.  That was the deal our pal Barry made.  

There are those in Congress who now, suddenly after a year has passed, are trying to pressure the White House to pressure Qatar to extend the time the Taliban is restricted from rejoining the battle.   I mean, so what if we break our word; nobody trusts it anymore anyway.  As far as I'm concerned, Obama made his bed and he can suffer the consequences; Congress is complicit because they allowed Obama to get away with it. 

To be perfectly candid, the illegal prisoner exchange which set the whole scenario up amounts to aiding and abetting the enemy, otherwise known as treason.  It's an impeachable offense which no one cares to address.  

I.S.I.S. COULD GET A NUKE

The Islamic State is now saying that it has enough money in its bankroll that it could easily purchase a nuclear weapon from Pakistan or through a nuclear black market.  At eh very least, they say, they can get their hands on thousands of tons of ammonium nitrate, the same explosive used in the Oklahoma City bombing.  It’s the sum of all fears for Western intelligence agencies and it’s infinitely more possible today than it was just one year ago.  

The cheese gets more and more binding every day, doesn't it?  In the meanwhile, Barack insists on keeping our southern border wide open, so that any suitcase-carrying terrorist can bring whatever he or she wants into the country. 

And Obama doesn't even have the fortitude to refer to them as radical Islamic terrorists?

THE ULTIMATE BETRAYAL

Virtually anyone who has been keeping track of the disastrous and dangerous situation in the Middle East would agree that while it may have been a mistake to invade Iraq in the first place, it was definitely a mistake to bring all of our troops home; I mean, look at what a mess we have on our hands today.  

Our families gave American blood over there in an effort to secure peace and security in the neighborhood.  

Now, our so-called president has the unmitigated gall to announce on Memorial Day that we have no troops on the ground in any combat zone in the entire world and what a terrific thing it is that he has done.  

Never mind the American blood that was spilled there for naught; don't even worry about the American blood that will ultimately have to be spilled in order to deal with I.S.I.S.  Don't concern yourself with the thought that we have left the door wide open for terrorism here in the United States.  Just thank Obama for being the great guy he is. 

Amen, brother. 

WHEN OBAMA WILL DEFEAT I.S.I.S.

DISGUSTING

Here we have a guy who has allegedly distributed and possessed hundreds of images of child pornography and who has used his position at a summer camp to molest and victimize the children he was tasked with helping.  He has been charged with sexually abusing a 10-year-old boy along with distribution and possession of child pornography.  Yet, because he is also an illegal alien, he applied for and received deferred action under the DACA program.  

In other words, this scum is able to hold on to his job.  He was scheduled for deportation but approved for DACA and a work permit in October 2012. Further, it seems DHS was aware his heinous behavior and allowed him to stay in the country anyway, jeopardizing the safety and well being of the children he was working with.

And why is nobody, including you, doing anything about it? 

CANCER SCAM

FOX NEWS is reporting that over $187 million raised by cancer benefit foundations has ended up in the personal pockets of James T. Reynolds Sr., his ex-wife and son.  The Cancer Fund of America in Knoxville, Tennessee, and its affiliated Cancer Support Services; The Breast Cancer Society in Mesa, Arizona; and the Children's Cancer Fund of America in Powell, Tennessee were the principal "fronts" for the scam. 

Like you probably did, I donated some of my hard-earned money to one of these "charities" which hired telemarketers to collect $20 donations from people across the country, telling consumers that they provided financial aid and other support to cancer patients, including pain medication, transportation to chemotherapy visits and hospice care.  I was even shamed into it: "How can you turn your back on these unfortunate women during Breast Cancer Awareness month?"  I stopped donating last year after I learned that little of the organization's revenues were reaching the intended recipients.  

It's kind if like what has been going on with the Clinton Foundation, isn't it? 

WHERE ARE THE COPS?

There's a huge riot going on in town and people are being killing, raped and beaten.  Stores are being looted and burned.  Where are the cops?  

Oh, they're back at the station house.  

Why?  

Obama took their riot gear. 

THE RAMADI DISGRACE

Forget the argument over whether or not we should have gone into Iraq in the first place.  I will say that I was for the invasion, but with a caveat:  I was totally against waiting, and waiting, and waiting before we did it.  We destroyed any element of surprise we might have gained and we gave the enemy the opportunity to hide chemical weapons before we got there. 

But, once there and having secured the battlefield, eliminated Hussein and begun the process of developing a stable government, we totally evacuated and left a vacuum behind... a vacuum destined to by filled by what has been so eloquently described as "The J.V. Team."  

Now, we have the fall of Ramadi, a city described by a top general as being of no importance, as if to piss on the graves of our troops who lost their lives there at the direction of our country, which had sent them on a nearly impossible mission and with their hands tied behind their backs.  And what does our illustrious Secretary of State have to say about the I.S.I.S. flag now flying over that city?  "Well, no big deal.  They didn't really win anything.  It was just a moment of opportunity." And besides, "The Iranians will chase I.S.I.S. out for us."  

It makes me puke when I consider what we, you and I, have allowed our country to become.  And it scares the hell out of me when I consider where we are headed. 

ONE TRACK MINDS

Much has been said about how spending more money on infrastructure would have prevented the recent Pennsylvania train crash.  Of course, we all know that was not the cause of that accident. 

But, there's another move on by the feds in Washington that doesn't make any sense, either.  Supposedly, there's this new type of tanker car that is much safer than the tanker cars of today and years past.  One of the associated arguments for building the XL Pipeline is that transportation of oil by train is more dangerous; indeed, that seems to be the case.  Part of that hysteria is due to the fact that transportation of oil by train has increased from 9,500 carloads to over 450,000 carloads per year over the last few years; and, the explosive volatility of oil being transported has increased as there has been a shift to oil from developed from tar sands and fracking.  

But, the federal government is once again trying to throw money at the problem by making a mandatory upgrade to these newer and "safer" tank cars.  Newer tank cars have already been involved in train accidents and have proven to be more susceptible to leaks of crude oil which result in more explosions.  

It seems to be that the fundamental issue in Pennsylvania and in the oil tanker problem is the same: safety.  The answer is to slow down the trains, take more care to ensure braking systems and signals are working properly and to have more frequent,  and meaningful, safety training sessions with train operators.   

To that extent, the current failures can be blamed on the railroad operating companies. 

BACK OFF, QUICK!!!

We need to distance ourselves from any association we have with John Kerry.  He's on his way to Peking to tell the Chinese off.  Yes, siree.  

Maybe his visit with Putin taught him how to act tough?  As in, "Don't mes with ME!  I'm John Kerry, President Obama's Secretary of State!!!

OBAMA LOSES FAVOR

Obama is ticked off at Senator Elizabeth Warren because she is against his proposed trade deal.  The other day, he more or less said that she doesn't know what she's talking about.  “The truth of the matter is that Elizabeth is, you know, a politician like everybody else. And you know, she’s got a voice that she wants to get out there. And I understand that.” 

Well, the radical left-wing of the Democratic Party has come unglued at the seams.  Now... HE'S the exist and the racist.  

Gosh.  Gee whillikers. 

Not, by the way, that he doesn't royally deserve it. 

BLACK MAN'S HATE CRIME

A Fontana, Califormnia man has been charged with a hate crime after allegedly beating a man in the head with a baseball bat in nearby Rialto, police say.  Jeremiah Bell, 22, is accused of assaulting 54-year-old Armando Barron repeatedly with an aluminum bat on Sunday.  Surveillance video shows Bell running from the area shortly after.  “From his confession, he admitted to leaving his house with the intention to kill somebody with a bat,” Rialto Police Det. David Patilla said.  Police believe he was targeting anyone who was not black. 

But, Bell is not to blame; it's the system.  There's high unemployment among blacks and he probably doesn't even have a college education.  And, since you can't carry guns in Rialto, he had no choice but to resort to using a bat.  

Hasn't our country really become lovely? 

OBAMACARE: HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY BITES THE DUST

Assurant Inc. announced last week one of its subsidiaries, Assurant Health, an insurance company, will either be sold or shuttered after losing tens of millions of dollars this year. The decision comes 18 months after the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, and industry watchers argue Assurant Health’s end can be attributed to the new health care law.  

In a letter to its shareholders, Assurant Health said it lost money because of a reduction in recoveries under Obamacare’s risk mitigation programs and increased claims on the health care law’s 2015 policies.  

I anybody paying attention to the details? 

CALIFORNIA ATTORNEY GENERAL TIED TO SCAM?

Police in Los Angeles arrested three people in connection with operating a fictitious police department they said was 3,000 years old and had jurisdiction over 33 states and Mexico. Los Angeles County sheriff's officials told The Associated Press that Brandon Kiel, 31, David Henry, 46, and Tonette Hayes, 58, were arrested last week on suspicion of impersonating officers as members of an organization they called Masonic Fraternal Police Department. 

The website lists Henry as its chief of police. The AP reports that Kiel is on administrative leave from his job as deputy director of community affairs at the California Department of Justice. The Los Angeles Times reports that he's a "low-level aide to California Attorney General Kamala Harris."  A police spokeswoman told the AP that deputies found ID cards, uniforms and vehicles "that appeared to look like law enforcement vehicles along with other official police equipment during their search of a home and office linked to the group." 

The Grand Masonic Lodge of California denies ever having heard of them. If they had not been arrested, their next move may well have been to start erecting fake cornerstones.  

SAUDI ARABIA GOING AFTER NUKES

Saudi Arabia has announced that, should the U.S. strike a nuclear "deal" with Iran, it will proceed to develop its own nuclear program.  

That means the price of uranium will go up and the Russian owners of the U.S. uranium stockpile will get rich.  

Isn't this all just so lovely, Barack? 

CORRUPTION: ANOTHER POLITICIAN BITES THE DUST

We've all known for a very long time that politicians are generally born corrupt. The cesspool that is New York politics is continuing true to form as Dean Skelos (R), leader of the New York State Senate, and his son have been arrested on corruption charges. 

PATRIOT UPDATE is reporting the pair faces federal charges for fraud, bribe solicitation, and extortion. The charges against them were detailed in a six-count criminal complaint filed in United States District Court in Manhattan that details a five-year scheme to “monetize” the senator’s official position by extorting payments through a Long Island-based real estate developer and from an Arizona environmental company, with the expectation that the money paid to Adam Skelos,  nearly $220,000 in total, would influence his father’s actions.

Now is the time for all good Americans to come to the aid of their country and out a stop to "business as usual" in state houses across the country. 

MOHAMED BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA?

Two Phoenix Muslims, now dead, were responsible for the attack in Garland, Texas on a Mohammed cartoon drawing contest.  I.S.I.S. has now claimed the men were part of their Caliphate.  

Well, don't fret about it.  They were, after all, only "Junior Varsity" and Mohamed Obama has everything under control.

OBAMACARE DILEMMA

When it was originally in the process of being touted to skeptical Americans, one of the many propositions being put forth by the framers was that in the process of guaranteeing health insurance to millions of uninsured Americans, the number of visits to hospital emergency rooms would decrease.  News is now out that the actual number of visits to the ER have increased. 

Nearly half of the 17 insurance marketplaces set up by the states and the District under President Obama’s health law are struggling financially, presenting state officials with an unexpected and serious challenge five years after the passage of the landmark Affordable Care Act.  H&R Block now figures that two-thirds of ObamaCare enrollees who got subsidies had to pay at least some of it back. And the average payback was $729. So roughly 5.5 million ObamaCare enrollees had to return, on average, almost a quarter of their premium subsidies. There may be just $1 in the piggy bank to cover every $10 in claims at an Obamacare program designed to spread risk among insurers, Standard & Poor’s says.

But, to hear Obama and his entourage talk about it, everything is soooo... rosy.   They insist that not only is ObamaCare working, but that it is proving critics wrong.  "We're not to blame," they trumpet.  Increasingly, however, their music is playing on deaf American ears. 

SAY WHAT?

A spokesman for U.S. Central Command (Centcom), which oversees American-led airstrikes against the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL), told reporters that that the jihadist group was on the defensive and losing territory in Iraq.  

No sooner were those words out of his mouth than reports came that ISIS has seized most of the Baiji oil refinery, the largest in Iraq, located north of Baghdad in Salahuddin province, and the price of gas in the United States jumped by over 30 cents a gallon.  

We're to blame for believing anything, and seemingly everything, the Obama Administration tells us.

CIRCUS SUPREMUS

In the oral arguments presented this week in the Supreme Court regarding the question of whether the U.S. Constitution guarantees two people of the same sex the right to marry one another, Justice Samuel Alito asked whether, if two people of the same sex have a right to marry, then why not four people of opposite sexes... or four lawyers, for example?

 

Gosh, maybe Bruce Jenner could marry him/herself.  

We are to blame for this circus, you know.  

 

RAT'S ASS

The more I listen to Baltimore residents, the more I am of the opinion that the black communities of this country share the same problem as the rest of us: our governments don't give a rat's ass about what we, the people, want or need. 

All of us need to lay down our animosities and join together to bring our federal, state and local governments back into compliance with the the dictates of a democratic form of government. 

Otherwise, we're all to blame.

FEDERAL BUDGET LEAKS

Mistakes in federal spending costs the taxpayers over $206 billion per year, according to an article in NEWSMAX MAGAZINE.  The proposition is that the government has gotten to be so big, no one can maintain control over its money. 

Fraud, waste and outright abuse account for a significant portion of this leaking money, but clerical errors also play a major role.  

When you bring this subject up to a Washington politician these days, the general response is a shrugging of the shoulders, as if to say, "What do you expect me to do about it?"  

I don't know where you come from, but where I come from, that kind of money will buy a whole lot of beer and wine.  It would also help a whole lot of people out of poverty and off the streets. 

FEDS GET READY TO REGULATE INTERNET

The FCC is preparing to regulate the Internet in the interest of "net neutrality."  While you have been resting comfortably on your laurels sending text messages and playing video games, the FCC is set itself up to deal with your Internet access just like it deals with your telephone access, your cellphone access and your radio and television reception.  Isn't that just dandy?  

What does it mean to you? 

1. Cost Increases - Now that your provider will have to pay federal, state and local taxes, expect them to pass the cost on to you.
2. Less Innovation - Investors will be less inclined to invest in infrastructure and new business offerings.
3. Impact of Free Speech - you well know that they will try to regulate content, particularly political content.
4. Slower speds - In Europe, where governments control the Internet, speeds are about 30 percent slower than in the U.S.
5. Lost Pricing Plans - If you like your plan, you may not be able to keep it.
6. Fewer Options - There will be less competition, meaning less marketing gimmicks.
7. Remote User Usage Costs Will Skyrocket - The regulatory impact will force many smaller providers out of business and the remaining ones will raise prices.

DRAMA ON THE HIGH SEAS

So here we all sit with our eyes glued to the tube or the Internet, watching and waiting for the latest tidbit of news about our aircraft carrier and accompanying cruisers who are tagging along close behind nine Iranian ships which are supposedly loaded with arms and heading for the Hoothis in Yemen.  What in the world is going to happen?  

Well, we all know deep down in our hearts what is most likely to happen: the Iranians are going to end up docking and off-loading their cargo and the Hoothis are going to take possession of whatever it is.  If there's going to be any real action, it'll most likely be the Saudi Arabians bombing the hell out of the cargo after it is off-loaded, or maybe the Egyptians boarding the Iranian vessels for an inspection.  

I don't think the Iranians are going to turn around and head home.  They know, deep down in their hearts, that we won't fire on them.  Now, they may be scared of the Saudi's or the Egyptians, but they most certainly have no reason to fear us.  I'll bet Obama's last nickle that none of our ships will ever fire off even a round of BB gun ammo.  

Complicating matters, of course, is the absolute probability that at least one, if not two or three, Russian missile-carrying nuclear submarines are in the immediate vicinity. 

And Obama says the world is more safe now, under his leadership, than ever before. 

CHICAGO GUN CARRIER PREVENTS MASS SHOOTING

Last Friday, a Chicago Uber driver with a concealed carry permit thwarted an attempted mass shooting by pulling his own weapon and shooting a gunman who had opened fire in Chicago’s Logan Square.  Illinois Assistant State’s Attorney Barry Quinn verified that the driver “had a concealed-carry permit and acted in the defense of himself and others,” according to BREITBART.COM. 

According to the Chicago Tribune, the driver was watching “a group of people” walk in front of his car on North Milwaukee Avenue just before midnight when 22-year-old Everardo Custodio allegedly “began firing into the crowd.” The Uber driver pulled his own gun and “fired six shots at Custodio,” wounding him in “the shin, thigh, and lower back.” 

Unbelievably, a concealed-carry-permit holder used his gun to prevent mass murder.  Rahm Emmanuel, the Chicago Mayor who valiantly fought the courts to keep his rigid gun control agenda intact, must be beside himself. 

WALMART'S "PLUMBING" PROBLEMS

Maybe it was the unflattering pictures of some of their customers; maybe it was union activism.  On April 13, 2015, several separate Wal-Mart locations in the United States abruptly closed their doors. The cited reason for the closures (according to the chain’s corporate offices) was plumbing problems at the affected stores in Tulsa, Oklahoma; Tampa, Florida; Midland and Livingston, Texas; and Pico Rivera, California. 

Calls to county and city building departments are disclosing no citations for problems or permits for repairs or upgrades.  Letters to the counties involved indicate that the employee layoffs are permanent. 

Now, Wal-Mart doesn't just simply build stores on spec; they go through a lot of pre-planning hoops to be certain that the stores will succeed and demand is there.  So, what is the REAL reason for these store closures, and why isn't Wal-Mart coming clean?  Just what IS to blame? 

COMCAST DOES IT AGAIN

Comcast has had a series of bad public relations blunders.  The most recent involved a Minnesota man whose house burned to the ground on April 1st.  Lost in the fire was documentation regarding the owner's account number with Comcast. 

The man's daughter called Comcast trying to cancel the now unusable service, but Comcast refused, insisting that the account number must first be provided to authenticate the request.  The owner offered to provide his social security number, but Comcast refused to budge.  

This continuing saga of horrible nightmares created by Comcast is certainly indicative of the management culture trickling down from the top; imagine how big the problem will become if Comcast is allowed to merge with Time Warner. 

Unfortunately for America, Comcast is but one of many companies which have decided that the consumer is the enemy.  

And who do we blame for this?  The stockholders who create the atmosphere which allows it to happen.  
 

BAD NEWS FOR AL SHARPTON?

CNS NEWS is reporting the U.S. Justice Department issued a stern reminder on Monday that when it comes to income taxes, "no one is above the law or below the radar."  

“Those individuals who choose to accept these benefits and yet turn a blind eye to their federal tax obligations by failing to file required returns, filing false and fraudulent returns, and evading the assessment and payment of tax due will be pursued for their criminal conduct. No one is above the law or below the radar.”  

Gosh, I'll bet Al Sharpton is shaking in his sneakers.

NEWSMAX.COM is reporting the existence of an I.S.I.S. encampment in Mexico, just outside of El Paso, Texas.  "Coyotes" reportedly working for the notorious Juarez Cartel are involved in helping to "move ISIS terrorists through the desert and across the border between Santa Teresa and Sunset Park, New Mexico."

Moreover, east of El Paso and Ciudad Juárez, cartel-backed coyotes are smuggling members of the jihadi terrorist group "through the porous border between Acala and Fort Hancock, Texas," Judicial Watch reported.  

Good job there, Barack.  Let's keep that border wide open.

Obama says he has a "deal" with Iran, Iran says their "deal" is different.  We're fighting against Iran in Yemen, but we're on Iran's side in Iraq and against Iran in Syria.  Kerry says the "deal" with Iran won't allow them to get nukes; Obama says it will.  Iran says we agreed to lift sanctions as soon as the "deal" is consummated, Obama says sanctions will be lifted gradually.  

So, who's on first?  Who do we blame when this whole shootin' match goes down in flames?  Why won't someone please pass the gray poop on? 

WASHINGTON STATE DISPLAYS CHINESE FLAG

What else would you expect from the state of Washington?

In “honor” of his meeting with China Ambassador Cui Tiankai, Washington Governor Jay Inslee has posted the Chinese flag between the American flag and the state flag at the capitol building in Olympia.  

Hat Tip State Rep. Elizabeth Scott, because on Saturday, a small group of people arrived at the capitol in the morning and removed the Communist flag.  They were assisted by an officer from the Washington State Police.  
 
Maybe Inslee is planning to run for president. 

CITY TO KIDS: TEAR DOWN YOUR PLAYHOUSE

The family and children of Jeremy Trentelman used a bunch of cardboard boxes to build a "castle"in their front yard in Ogden, Utah.  The family has reportedly received a letter from City Code Enforcement officials stating that the castle is violating city code, which prohibits people from putting junk in their yards.  Trentelman has 15 days to take the castle down, or faces a $125 penalty.   

Trentelman later told KUTV, “They can also file criminal charges against us and levy the fines as a lien against the house. So they're not playing.”  

Trentelman said had he not received the demand to dismantle the fort, he would have taken it down in a few days anyway. But after getting the warning from Ogden, he says he will keep Casa Castle up until just before the penalty.  “It was a great project for all of us to build, and now it’s just (fun) watching them play in it, and watching their imagination run wild is just fantastic.” 

And when juvenile delinquency goes up in Ogden over such unadulterated bull, the City of Ogden will be wondering who to blame.  I'll bet they don't spend a dime on playgrounds and they get together every Sunday like the good Mormons they claim to be.   

THE REAL UNEMPLOYMENT FIGURE

The Bureau of Labor Statistics is reporting that only 62.7% of America's labor force is working.  That translates to 37.3% of the labor force is NOT working. 

That's a far cry from the reported 5.5% unemployment rate. 

So, who's fibbing?  Is it the Bureau of Labor Statistics or the Obama Administration? 

JUST ANOTHER MARINE IN CAPITIVITY

Remember Sgt. Tahmooressi, the Marine who was holed up in a Mexican jail for months?  Now we have a Marine veteran, Amir Hekmati, who has been holed up in the worst possible prison in Iran for three years accused of spying.  Entertainer Montel Williams spearheaded a movement to get Tahmooressi released and he's working on the Hekmati case, but no one in the media is talking about it.  

There we've been, sitting that the negotiating table and working on Iran's nuclear ambitions... a perfect opportunity for bringing the matter out in the open... and it's like the White House proclamation over Bergdahl that we don't leave our military behind was never mentioned. 

Of course, now that we have a "deal," and now that the whole country has made it plain as English that we don't want any more terrorists being released from Gitmo as a trade, I guess Hekmati is going to have  to suffer the consequences... alone, like that imprisoned doctor in Pakistan who told us where Bin Laden was hiding.  

JUSTICE DEPARTMENT STANDARD TEST FOR PROSECUTION

The D.O.J. has ruled there is no justifiable reason to prosecute Lois Lerner for using her cushy job at the I.R.S. to persecute Tea Party and other conservative organizations.  This sets the stage for the D.O.J. to avoid prosecution of Hillary Clinton.  

After all, if your emails are "gone," whether or not you had anything to do with the "disappearance," then you're not to blame. 

Congress, claiming that Lerner had waived her 5th Amendment Rights by making a statement to Congress, has insisted that Lerner be held in Contempt of Congress for refusing to testify after the statement was made.  That's called "prosecutorial disgression." 

So, keep this tactic in mind; when you get pulled over for speeding, lose your emails and the judge will let you off the hook. 

AMERICA'S NUMBER ONE NATIONAL ENEMY

The time is rapidly approaching when we are going to have to ask ourselves, "What will this president do or not do when I.S.I.S. or Iran attacks Israel?"

HILLARY PLAYS THE TRUMP CARD?

As it turns out, not only did Hillary have her own private email server which was used by her and many of her State Department employees, not only did she go through and decide on her own what emails to keep and what emails to delete... but she also had the server "wiped clean" after the purge.  That means that even computer experts cannot retrieve those deleted emails.  

Well now, we all know that you only hide those things which might embarrass you or incriminate you, don't we? 

In the meanwhile, John Kerry has decided to order a "review" of internal State Department procedures. How nice. 

WHO'S TO BLAME FOR BERGDAHL?

Why, George Bush, of course.  I heard it Wednesday on the tube.  If George hadn't sent troops into Afghanistan after 9/11, Bergdahl would never have been there in the first place.  So, how can you blame him for desertion?

Franklin Graham, the outspoken son of famed televangelist Billy Graham has lashed out at President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder for "jamming" an amoral agenda "down the throats of the America people.  One of the greatest threats to America is the progressives (a new name for liberals) led by President Obama and his Attorney General Eric Holder, who are trying to impose a new morality — which is really no morality at all — jamming it down the throats of the American people," Graham writes.

"America has been blessed by God more than any nation on the face of this earth. When our country was birthed, its foundations and laws were based on biblical laws and principles. We used to be 'one nation under God,' now we’re a nation that has turned its back on God. History shows that when nations do this, their end is near," according to a report from NEWSMAX.  
 
And it seems to me that the payback is looming on the near horizon in the form of I.S.I.S. and other terrorists soon to be in possession of nuclear weapons.  

TSA LETS DOMESTIC TERRORIST THROUGH THE FAST LANE

"After an extensive investigation of the allegation and assessment of the TSA PreCheck initiative, we determined that TSA provided a TSA PreCheck indicator and bar code on the traveler's boarding pass," according to a press release. "After checking the traveler's boarding pass and identification, an alert Transportation Security Officer (TSO) at the airport recognized the felon and alerted his supervisor. However, the supervisor directed the TSO to take no action and allow the traveler to continue through the TSA Pre-Check lane.

In a report about the incident, which was redacted before being made public, the inspector general calls the matter "a significant aviation security breach," according to a story from NEWSMAX. 

 The guy was probably wearing a turban to boot.  And they wonder why we are angry with TSA. 

SEATTLE RESTAURANTS CLOSING DOWN

Seattle's new $15 per hour minimum wage law takes effect April 1st and they are already closing like dropping flies, or moving their operations out of town.  At the current rate, it will not be long before Seattle has no place left to eat.  

One restaurant owner summed it up this way: "People just refuse to pay $30 for a hamburger." 

Added one former employee, "Sure, I wanted to be earning more, but now I'm earning nothing."  

I suppose the next move of the city fathers will be to make it illegal to close a restaurant. 

OBAMA REGRETS

Obama says he regrets that he did not close down the Guantanamo terrorist prison on his first day in office.  

Now, pray tell, how would he have freed Bergdahl the Deserter if he didn't have those five terrorists to trade?  

And, by the way, when are they going to tell us how they're going to deal with Bergdahl's desertion?  Could it be that they're going to commission him as an officer and give him a Purple Heart?  One thing's for certain: they're not talking about it.   

SO, HILLARY DIDN'T SIGN THE FORM...

Was she asked to sign it?  If she was asked and refused, that's one thing.  If she was not asked, that's a different thing entirely.  If she actually signed the form and then the State Department "lost it" and claimed she never signed it, that's complicity.  

If she gets away with it and becomes president, Obama's term actually will be considered to be a "transparent" administration.  

IRAN IS SQUEAKY CLEAN

The Hussein Administration has declared Iran is no longer considered to be a terrorist nation.  Hence, they have committed no wrongs are are entitled to have their nuclear weapons program. 

Oh, and by the way, Hezbollah has also been declared to be a bunch of nice guys.

THE BLACK HOLE OF CYBERSPACE

Somewhere out there... way out there... there is a black hole that is collecting misplaced emails.  It seems as if, whenever it is inconvenient for some email to be made public, it gets shuffled off to that black hole.  

For example, whatever happened to those emails between Lois Lerner and the White House regarding the targeting of conservative non-profits?  They're in that black hole.  Now, we have thousands of missing emails between Hillary and Barack regarding Libya, Benghazi and a third-rate video; they also must be in that black hole. 

Well, you can depend on this: One day in the far, far distant future, some astronaut is going to investigate some mysterious black hole out there in deep space, and the truth will come out.  Yep, mark my words.

Ah yes, Benghazi.  As t turns out, Hillary didn't even have an official government email account; she used her own private email while she was Secretary of State.  That is blatantly against the law.  Caught with her bloomers down, she sent word out Tuesday that she was only doing what other have done before.  

There goes that familiar Democrat mantra... It doesn't matter what the law says; if someone else does it and gets away with it, that makes it legal.  

Good God... we're looking at eight more years of Obama. 

LOIS LERNER: I DID IT

One of the 32,000 "lost" emails discovered in November was from Lois Lerner to David Flax and Nikole Flax with copies to Joseph Urban, Nanette Downing and Joseph Grant on June 29, 2011.  It reads:  "No one will ever believe that both your hard drive and mine crashed within a week of each other.  Life is strange."  

Nope, we can't blame Lerner. 

NETANYAHU IS TO BLAME

If it were not for Netanyahu, the Palestinians and Hezbollah would now be in charge of the Gaza Strip and there would be no issues there.  If it were not for Netanyahu, there would be no worry about Iran getting nukes and the whole issue would be moot.  Were it not for Netanyahu, the Republicans would not be in control of Congress and things would be so much better for Obama. 

Netanyahu is a twit, a nobody.  He is less liked in our country than Assad or Khamenei.  He simply must be marginalized; we certainly do not want any Americans listening to his tripe.  

Hopefully, the FCC will intervene and prevent Netanyahu's speech to Congress from being aired on television or radio.  If Americans get the slightest idea that Obama has been lying to them, Netanyahu will be to blame again.

Illegals, Democrats and amnesty activists are up in arms over U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen's decision to issue a temporary restraining order against Hussein's illegal amnesty executive order.  Most news anchors covered the story as a being a sad day for illegal immigrants.  “Tomorrow was supposed to be a historic day for millions of illegal immigrants. They would be able to begin to apply for legal status under immigration reform that President Obama implemented by executive action over the objections of Congress, but a federal judge’s ruling has now put all of that on hold,” CBS Evening News anchor Scott Pelley lamented.  

Oh, those poor, mistreated illegal aliens: you can't blame them, you know; that's just not nice.  

J.V. TERRORISTS SLAUGHTER 66 MORE

I.S.I.S. terrorists have beheaded 21 Coptic Christians and burned 45 Iraqis to death.  According to the State Department, the root of the problem could be that there are not enough jobs for people, so they run off and join I.S.I.S.  After they butcher another 10,000 or so, maybe the job market will start opening up a tad.  

Washington intelligence officials have also said that we need to start getting used to it. 

So, it's our fault; we're to blame.  We need to start a jobs recruiting program for members of I.S.I.S. and we also need to quit whining about their barbarism.  Maybe you'd consider inviting one of these savages to dinner?

Now, Obama has made it clear that the Muslims bear absolutely no blame for the epidemic of worldwide terrorism; it's those pesky "radical violent extremists."  

So, what gives with these Muslims?  Why are their bowels in an uproar?   

I.S.I.S. BANGS ON DOORS TO U.S. AIR FORCE BASE

I.S.I.S., widely proclaimed by the Obama regime to be "on the run" and a "JV Team" has taken total control of the town of Al-Baghdadi, just outside the key Al Asad Air Base, part of  which is being used by the Marines to train Iraqis.  The Pentagon is being very tight lipped about it. 

Also not making much news is the fact that U.S. Marines evacuating the American Embassy in Yemen were ordered by the U.S. State Department to turn their sidearms and rifles over to the local forces prior to leaving.  Marines are taught from day one never to give up their weapons to anyone under any circumstances.  The State Department has absolutely no authority to order the Marines to do anything; their orders come down the chain of command from Central Command, which is madder than a wet cat over the matter.  

How long do you think it is going to be before our Marines have had their fill of this applesauce and decide to invade the White House?  I hear through the grapevine that the Washington beer distributors are already refusing to deliver any more suds to the Rose Garden.  Do you think for one minute that Budweiser wants to be associated with the losing team on Pennsylvania Avenue? 

Is this what we have to look forward to during this "war" we're going to have? 

YEMEN

Don't worry about that last bunch of terrorists we released from GITMO; we sent them to Yemen where they will be carefully controlled and monitored.  We trust Yemen because they are our primary ally in the war against I.S.I.S. 

And, don't ask why we closed our embassy there and got the hell out of Dodge... that's none of your business. 

TERRORISTS COULD BE CALMED

Last week during a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing regarding GIMTO, Brian McKeon, the principal deputy undersecretary of defense for policy said “It is no coincidence that the recent ISIS videos showing the barbaric burning of a Jordanian pilot and the savage execution of a Japanese hostage each showed the victim clothed in an orange jumpsuit, believed by many to be the symbol of the Guantanamo detention facility.” 

It is therefore to be assumed that if they changed the color of the GITMO jumpsuits to green or blue, terrorism would stop.   

I've got a better idea: Why don't we start drug-testing members of the Obama regime? 

GALLUP CEO FEARS FOR LIFE

NEWSMAX is reporting that the Chief Executive Officer of the national polling firm Gallup is in fear of his life.  Jim Clifton has reported that the percent of full time jobs in this country as a percent of the adult population “is the worst it’s been in 30 years.”


After that report, Clifton has walked back his statement that the official unemployment rate being trumpeted by the White House, Wall Street and the media is a "big lie."  He's followed that up by saying: “I think that the number that comes out of BLS [Bureau of Labor Statistics] and the Department of Labor is very, very accurate. I need to make that very, very clear so that I don’t suddenly disappear. I need to make it home tonight.” 

Now, just what would make him think that the government might eliminate him for telling the truth?  I mean, they're not to blame for anything, are they?

A Kermit parent said his fourth-grade student was suspended Friday for allegedly making a terroristic threat. 

His father, Jason Steward, said the family had been to see “The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies” last weekend. His son brought a ring to his class at Kermit Elementary School and told another boy his magic ring could make the boy disappear.

Steward said the principal said threats to another child’s safety would not be tolerated – whether magical or not. Principal Roxanne Greer declined to comment on the matter.

CUBA WANTS U.S. TO PAY DAMAGES

Cuba wants the United States to reimburse it for damages created by our decades-long embargo against them, and... they want Guantanamo back.  If we don't agree, they say, this Obama resumption of relations is a dead deal from the git-go.  

So there it is: Obama now has the perfect excuse to close Gitmo and jack our taxes up.  

If we let this fly, we have nobody to blame but ourselves. 

MUSLIM INVASION

Without fanfare, hundreds of thousands of Muslims have been migrating to the United States.  Estimates are that over 7 million of them are already here.   

Now, this fact must be seriously considered.  After World Ware II, France was almost begging Muslims to move there to bolster their labor forces.  The problem is that now France is infested with with a huge internal terrorism organization.  

You have to ask yourselves: With the leader of I.S.I.S. shouting from the rooftops that now is the time for all Muslims to destroy the American infidels, how can we consider ourselves to be safe... even in our own homes? 

Obama would jump up and down and angrily, defiantly claim that America is the melting pot of the world.  Well the fact is, the Irish, the French, the Spaniards, the Puerto Ricans.... none of those guys came here with the thought of ultimately participating in the destruction of our country.

By now you have certainly heard that CGI Federal, a Canadian computer software firm, has an enormous contract to redesign the I.R.S. website.  You may recall that CGI blew $680 million of your money building the ObamaCare website that turned out to be a total, total disaster.  Not only had CGI already been in trouble with Canadian authorities over work it had done for them, but they also had serious problems in contracts with Vermont and Massachusetts. 

So, why did the I.R.S. give them this big contract?  Well, they say that CGI did satisfactory work for them on a prior occasion.  But, given the public knowledge and exasperation with the ObamaCare website, wouldn't you really want to steer clear of them? 

But, as there is in most issues regarding this administration, there's a wild card.  Remember that Toni Townes-Whitley, a senior vice president at CGI, went to Princeton and was a classmate of...... Michelle Obama's?

WASHINGTON D.C.SUCCUMBING TO PAPERWORK

Report on this, report on that: NEWSMAX MAGAZINE reports that Congress requires over 4,300 written reports from various agencies to be delivered to The Hill every year; there is even a report on how many reports have been reported as required.  Report, report, report... and that's just to Congress.  There are also reports to the White House, reports to various agency hierarchies, reports to the Supreme Court and reports to the news media.   

Most of these reports never the see the light of day; they arrive in some Congressional Committee office and get relegated to the closet where they remain until some officeholder either dies or loses an election; they are then presumably copied to some data file, shredded and incinerated.  No wonder the country is choking in smog.  

How about an annual report on the exact number of acres of land are used for peanut farming, probably a holdover report from the Carter era?  How about a report on the number of dog and cat pelts crossing the border each year?  Probably the only report that is not generated or maintained is the one about how many times Members of Congress not only screwed the American public, but nailed a Congressional Page as well.  

One of these days, someone will send in a one-page report and Washington will sink into the Potomac, never to be seen again.  I'm not kidding; it would not be the first time such a thing has happened.  Remember Atlantis?  Yes... we finally know who to blame for that.

Over 225,000 medical doctors will not participate in ObamaCare pans this year, not to mention other healthcare professionals.  Why are they leaving? (1) Low reimbursement rates and (2) the possibility they may not be paid at all for services rendered are the two primary reasons.  


You can blame Obama, Pelosi, Sebelius or Gruber... the end result is that ObamaCare is the single worst piece of legislation ever shoved up America's collective rear end.  Period.  

ABOUT THOSE BALLS

According to what the coach says, and it makes sense to me, footballs proposed by a team to be used in an NFL game are first presented to the officials for inspection and approval.  They are then put in the official's locker room until game time, when they go onto the field.  

Now then, during a playoff game, there are dozens of television cameras and thousands of spectator video cams and cell phone cameras in the stadium aimed at anything and everything.  So, has anyone come forward with a picture of a Patriot team member or staff member sticking a needle into a football on the sidelines?  

Well, if the answer to that is "no," and the balls were found to be deflated after the game, then are we going to blame the umpires? 

Maybe Bush did it.  

THE PESTILENCE OF THE DEMOCRATS

Elizabeth Warren is not going to run for president.  Joe Biden is not likely to run.  So, the Democrats are "stuck" with Hillary Clinton.  

Isn't it astonishing to realize that the party which is so elite, so on top of things, so magnanimous... can only come up with Hillary Clinton as a candidate for president of the United States?  

I guess there is truth to the adage: "You reap what you sow." 

YEMEN

Hussein released five senior terrorists from Guantanamo last week; they were sent back to Yemen, from whence they came. 

Yesterday, the news that the government of Yemen was about to collapse in a coup and that terrorists had taken control of the palace there, reached the U.S.  One would wonder of these two events were related to each other in any way. 

Whatever the answer might be, don't blame Hussein.
