Former Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel says Obama is the bad guy in this equation. He says Obama tried to destroy him. He also says that when Assad crossed "the red line" in Syria by using chemical weapons, he readied a strike on Damascus, but Obama told him to stand down. Read more:
Hagel was highly regarded when he took that job, and no one was really surprised when Obama canned him. Obama doesn't like people who know what they're doing.
