Obama was, as we know, refusing to take out I.S.I.S. tanker trucks hauling oil because he didn't want to kill any civilian drivers. No we learn that he was refusing to bomb I.S.I.S. held oil fields because he didn't want to disturb the environment. Odd are that he doesn't want to shoot at terrorists because they might die of lead poisoning.
