TOWNHALL.COM is reporting that United Health Group, the nation's largest healthcare insurer, is lamenting that it should have stayed away from the "Affordable" Health Care Act and that it will be taking hundreds of millions of dollars in losses. In fact, it is considering stopping selling ObamaCare coverage in 2017.
United Health Care primarily sells health insurance through AARP. Both organizations strongly supported ObamaCare during its enactment process in 2010. Thousands of clients dropped AARP and United Healthcare coverage as a result of that support, which was largely responsible for convincing Congress to pass the Affordable Health Care Act.
And Health Care costs, which were suppose to decline under ObamaCare, continue to soar unabated, with no talk from Congress of the White House of doing something about it.
