Secretary of State John Kerry was actually in the process of hosting China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi at the State Department to discuss reducing tensions in the South China sea, while at the same moment in time, China was moving offensive fighter jets to one of its man-made islands there.
Now,just what do you think Obama and Kerry are going to do about that?
