The Democrats are already screaming bloody murder that if the Republican Senate refuses to confirm Obama's nominee to the Supreme Court, then the Republicans will not be abiding by the Constitution.
The Democrats are guilty of allowing their president to usurp the Constitution through the use of Executive Powers and continuous violation of the doctrine of Separation of Powers.
The Democrats' position regarding the Supreme Court position is, therefore, the height... the very pinnacle of asininity. Let them eat worms.
