No play on words in that headline was intended.
As it turns out, the gal they are using to bring charges against Cosby, Andrea Constand, was the gal in the original investigation back in 2005. The prosecutor in that case, Bruce Castor, believed there was not sufficient evidence to take the case to trial and dropped all charges against Cosby. When a civil lawsuit was brought against Cosby by Constand, Castor therefore agreed that any testimony Cosby might put forth in the civil trial could not be used against him criminally.
Castor believes Cosby is guilty, but thinks the case has now to be dismissed. I think that this is but one more instance that proves our laws were made for the rich and famous.
