COSTCO DUMPS "AMERICA"

You have probably heard of Dinesh D'Souza's new movie, "AMERICA."  It's conservative to say the least and controversial.  Liberals hate it...  even Michael Moore is having severe attacks of gas.

You have probably heard of the "hubub" uproar over the news that COSTCO unceremoniously decided to remove all copies of the book from all shelves in all stores July 1st.  When that news leaked out, there was a resulting national furor and COSTCO promptly announced it had reversed its decision and would be restocking the book as soon as new copies could be obtained from the publisher.

While it insisted that the blanket order was not political and that it was done because the book was not selling well, it also said in the same breath that some stores had not yet complied, still had the book on hand and that some had sold out after the news story broke.  AMERICA is #1 on the Best Sellers list.

Corporations wanting to continue in business and to make a profit would be well-advised to keep their political agendas to themselves.  You can blame me for pointing that out.
