The Federal Government, faced with rising American resistance to the shipment of illegal children in various cities and towns across the country, have decided they will not give any advance notice that shipments are coming.
Obviously, those who are to blame for the problem don't want to be blamed for the problem. They must be operating on the theory that if they can unload the buses before anyone notices, then they cannot be held to blame.
Pay no attention to the fact that the Swine Flu has been discovered in some of them and that they have all been in close quarters for days on end while the shipments are being orchestrated.
