JP MORGAN CHASE INVESTIGATING SEXUAL ORIENTATIONS

JP Morgan Chase is in hot water with 4,000 employees and a growing segment of its customer base because it is asking all employees to complete a personal questionnaire about their sexual orientations and personal beliefs.  Although Chase says the survey was “completely voluntary and anonymous,” multiple whistle-blowers said they were required to enter their employee IDs.

Now look here, JP Morgan Chase, there can be only one God in this country and God currently resides at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW in Washington, DC.  So, you have no damned business asking these questions of your employees and insisting they identify themselves.  You say that it's voluntary, but you sure as hell will know if an employee doesn't participate when his employee ID number doesn't show up in the responses, won't you?

While your employees are out looking for jobs with a competitor and your customers are wondering what kind of information you are accumulating about them, you need to be readying an answer to your stockholders when they start asking about who the corporate meat head is to blame for this intrusion into private, personal lives of their employees.
