Without fanfare, the White House has issued an ObamaCare exemption to five U.S. territories and 4.1 million people. All territories were complaining that the law is so vague that they could not get insurance markets interested and their economies were in turmoil. So, without a word to a soul and with no Congressional approval, Obama changed the law again.
And here we sit like bumps on a log, allowing what has become a totally discriminatory law to morph at the will of a renegade "President."
